Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We even got a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. They also offered free car service to the town center — super convenient! Would definitely come back again :)

We enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk and the 2 gentlemen are awesome. They are proactive in greeting and enquiring if we needed anything. All of the staff are always smiling and helpful. Breakfast ladies are very sweet too. Everyone is on the ball. The owner lady is also very warm and friendly. The rooms are designed and furnished very elegantly. There are small touches by way of furniture and placement that conveys that there was a lot of thought put into the build keeping in mind guests and comfort. Breakfast was simple and delicious too. Location is great being a little away from the crowd but very accessible by walk. There is also a shuttle if needed.
I would definitely choose to return.

來鳳凰古城遊玩，在攜程上看見這個民宿的評價很好。就抱着試一試的心態，果然很驚喜，特別的滿意。最讓感覺意外的是女兒在網上看了的網紅翠翠豆腐臘排小院竟然就在樓下。菜非常的好吃，排骨很香，酸湯很爽。昨天中午到的時候吃了一頓。今天中午，又在樓下的餐廳吃了午飯就送我們高鐵站了。大家來鳳凰古城，不要到古城裡麪吃飯，又貴又不好吃，我們試了。如果你住在這裏，一定要試一下他們家的菜。
設施：全智能設施，星級配置。
衞生：衞生非常的好，一塵不染。
環境：環境很有感覺，在這裏拍了很多美美的照片。
服務：服務非常周到，非常熱情，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。非常點讚的，就是有接送服務。走累了，什麼時候都來接。管家呢也非常的服務周到，有求必應。
