The room was excellent, perfect for families with children. The owner provided incredibly thoughtful service, arranging transportation for us. Her family even personally greeted us upon arrival and saw us off. She kindly helped me book tickets for a local Fenghuang performance, securing fantastic seats! She also organized a boat tour and got me a discount on the tickets. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located, with everything within easy walking distance. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and am already looking forward to it!

The room was generally clean. Given its riverside location, there were quite a few mosquitoes, but the night view was beautiful. The location was relatively easy to find. Before my arrival, hotel staff proactively contacted me via WeChat. Once I was in the car, I called them, and they guided the driver to the location. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Fenghuang Ancient City. The room's decor and amenities were also very unique and had a lot of character. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit next time.

We had one night in Fenghuang on our way from Zhangjiajie. The town is absolutely beautiful and from our room on the 3rd floor we had a breathtaking view of the river. The reception was very helpful and helped us plan our one evening & morning to its max. Absolutely recommend!
