房間不錯，乾淨衞生，很温馨，老闆熱情周到，非常好的一家民宿。距離鳳凰古城不遠，空氣很好。我們到的比較晚，老闆還親自去高鐵站接了我們，非常感謝老闆。

老闆服務很好，會幫忙指路，就是房間空調好像不太制熱，熱水不熱，放了很久也不熱，房間有灰塵，衞生間有一股味道，整體差不多。

民宿位於一個別墅區裡，周圍很安靜，跟住在古城吵鬧的感覺截然不同，我跟我男朋友都特別喜歡這裡。床特別大，床墊和各種清潔用品都特別舒適。特別喜歡他們家用的浴巾，是我喜歡的厚實吸水的款式。乾淨衛生！
另外他們還有洗衣機，對於每天徒步出汗又想洗衣服的我們十分有幫助。
窗外景色特別美。遠處有山有水有橋，很別緻。出太陽和雨天感覺都很美。
不得不提民宿主人一家人都特別友好。我們訂的是淡季，主人還借了小電動車給我們用了一個晚上，特別有趣的經驗。最後還特別nice地把我們送到了高鐵站。不能更舒適了！

✨[進入房間第一眼]非常不錯，別墅型，房間超級大，環境與衞生非常贊！房東也很熱情，第一次來鳳凰古城，沒有規劃遊玩攻略方案，但房東能提供一些建議給我們，有吃的，有玩的，包接送，超級非常滿意的行程！值得推薦！下次再來這家！

這裏真的超級舒服，空間非常大，很乾凈，落地窗可以看到遠處的風景。同樣的價格根本就不可能住到這樣的地方。相比於外面的其他的地方簡直天上地下，太舒服了，真的很好，老闆人很熱情，全程接送，下次來玩必須住這兒。

老闆人非常好，位置偏離古城，老闆隨時可以接送，推薦的芷江鴨粉超好吃！！最主要喜歡乾淨又很大的房間，如果同行的是同性，毫不誇張，要放可以睡七個人，風景也很棒，姐妹們開沖！！
