房間很新 全自動馬桶 窗簾也是電動的 床墊很舒服 相當於酒店的4 星以上的配置。
很安靜 休息的好 位置就在古城邊 吃飯娛樂都方便的

整個七八天，最慘痛的一個坑了。。。378訂的賓館簡直就是天價，衹能説鳳凰水太深了。所有商業協會集體提高價格，為了位置好的賣高價。。
這個在衚衕的衚衕裏，睡覺的時候耳邊十多個空調外機，一夜都沒睡好。。説實話，如果不差八百十塊錢的，還是買個江邊的把。至少前窗户沒有空調外機，靜音。

酒店位置還可以，距離虹橋很近，就是具體位置不太好找，一不留神就走過了。價格在景區裏面不算很貴，主要是距離接駁車站不遠。

晚上不知道哪裡都噴出水了，一直到第二天，估計是空調的水，洗澡的地方燈光太暗，到處都是水

作為民宿，這個設施及條件，已經很好了。個人以為一點點瑕疵就不必計較了。酒店弄堂馬路對面就是室內公共停車場，方便的很。欣賞古城夜景的人過了晚上12點都比比皆是，不過酒店位於房屋羣中間不靠馬路，很安靜，屬於鬧中取靜。

今天剛退房，老闆娘到地下停車場外接的我們，走過去不遠，40停一晚。
酒店就在肯德基對面的小弄堂裏，這裏樓間距較小，現在還是淡季，老闆娘給我們免費升級了。還告知遊覽路線，不過昨天古城暴雨，好多地方都淹掉了不能走過去。

到了鳳凰汽車站沒有車，小姐姐幫忙叫車來接，訂的悠然親子房免費升級為豪華親子房，遙控窗簾、電子除霧鏡、智能馬桶，現代化程度超乎我對民宿的瞭解。很棒的入住體驗👍

設施：房間雖然有點小，但是設施是齊全的，需要的東西都是有的
衞生：挺好的，床單地板衞生間都看起來很乾凈的
環境：民宿位置就在景區裏了，靠近虹橋，在一個小巷子裏，房間比較小，我定的房間裏是一個大床和一個上下鋪，住了3個大人兩個3歲小朋友完全足夠了，沒有電梯，房間要走樓梯，不過問題不大，裏面民宿幾乎都是樓梯
服務：老闆娘人很好，提前瞭解我們需要停車位，在景區裏面的一個近的地下停車場提前幫我們留好了位置，讓我們在節假日裏居然在景區裏停到車了，還幫我定了鳳凰樣子演出的VIP位置的門票，位置很好，演出很精彩，多謝老闆娘

鳳凰真的太美了，值得再來一次。
民宿的房間設計很簡約，內飾裝修是木製的，拍照也很出片。位置比較好找，晚上房間足夠安靜，不用擔心被遊客吵到。店主服務也很貼心。
