Beautiful Riad, felt like home to us at the end of the day. Ibrahim and Mamadou were so friendly, making us feel very safe as four female travellers. We loved having delicious tea and biscuits every time we returned home. Helped us book tours for the day times, massages in the spa etc. always smiling. Gave us extra of our favourites components at breakfast. Such a friendly team. And the rooms were always spotless and well-supplied. Lovely terrace very peaceful and incredible views of the city. Cute cats. Nice respite from hustle and bustle Thank you for having us!

It was an absolute pleasure spending our final days at the Riad. The entire team was so warm and welcoming, instantly making us feel at home. Hamza and Assis stood out in particular, going above and beyond to make our stay truly special. À la prochaine fois!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed in an authentic Moroccan style, and very quiet. Every detail of the decor felt thoughtfully curated, adding to the charm of the space. The hotel itself offered plenty of peaceful corners to relax, whether in the charming courtyards or cozy lounge areas. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, which provided a stunning view over the city.

Great stay. Felt really safe - the full team of staff were friendly, helpful, and generous. Kept us well informed of best local restaurants and day trip. Always greeted us with tea and biscuits after a day out. Clean rooms. Delicious food. Relaxing massage and Hammam. Remembered our favourite components at breakfast and brought extra of those the next day. Cosy fireplace. Stunning roof terrace - photos can’t do it justice. Great value. Thank you!

My stay at Dar Bensouda was unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of mr. Yassine, the manager over there. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel truly welcome, offering great recommendations and ensuring every detail was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness went above and beyond, making my experience in Fez even more special. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like family, this spot with Yassine at the helm is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

If you want a shower pls request it or u will get a tub. Our service did not work for 2 days and neither did the wifi in the room, so be prepared for it not to work. There was nothing special nothing about this place, when we checked out, they charged us 600 mad for stuff we didn’t use. So please check ur bill.

It is a wonderful, well-located hotel preserving historical authenticity. But most importantly, the staff is very friendly and well trained. You can confidently rely on the manager's suggestions and let him organize your time in Fes. We are grateful for a very learned guide he found for us and for meticulously planning all our activities. The result is a fine, multifaceted experience of beautiful Fes. Highly recommended!
