Super beautiful establishment, excellent welcome. The staff takes great care, the rooms are very beautiful, the bedding is top notch!! The couscous is delicious The breakfasts are very generous, it’s a real brunch! I highly recommend this place.

We have just spent a short week in this wonderful palace, with our 10 year old grandson, it was THE gift. It was he who chose Morocco and more precisely Fez. On our arrival in Fez, surprise, we have to walk on foot in the streets of the medina, fortunately accompanied by a charming man dispatched for us; there are already a lot of people in the streets, then we arrive in front of a door which does not allow us to guess the wonders in which we are going to live. And there, once you enter: surprise, it's grandiose, magnificent, relaxing, everything is beautiful. The staff is charming, a very special note for the cook and the waiter: very attentive, even for the choice of menus, all really excellent, to our liking. We quickly realize that we are close to everything that interests us in Fez. Good organization of visits to Fez with a guide and excursions, and what a joy to find yourself after a hot and hectic day in this haven of peace and beauty with the pleasure of the small swimming pool; just a regret, the hammam is not offered, we plan to come back next year..for the 10th birthday of another grandson. Welcome my friends! This leitmotif resonated throughout our stay in this riad. Here Moroccan hospitality is not an empty word and we particularly appreciate all the expectations and advice of our guests. Very caring, they were attentive and efficient in responding to each of our requests. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and we really appreciated the calm, especially when you see the hustle and bustle all around. The decoration is reminiscent of the local culture with a touch of modernity. The location is ideal for visiting the Medina and all its particularities, the only downside may be to be able to find the places in the maze of narrow streets, but this is part of the local charm. The breakfast deserves to be savored in addition to being plentiful and prepared with local delicacies. An address to recommend without any restrictions. If I could have put a rating with stars in addition to the maximum, I would have done so.

From May 26 to 30, 2022, 9 people stayed at Riad Palais Bahia. This Riad is magnificent, it is a haven of peace in the middle of the bustle of the medina. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The swimming pool is small but sufficient to cool off and the terrace has a magnificent view of Fez. We were received wonderfully. Throughout our stay our hosts welcomed us with these words: Welcome, friends, you are at home, this is your home. A few hours after our arrival, we felt at home with our hosts taking care of us. Everyone was extremely available and met all our expectations. We had half board. The meals were delicious and very plentiful. Every day we were able to taste a Moroccan specialty prepared by adorable cooks. A word of advice: ask to pick you up at the airport to avoid getting lost in the medina and to dine at the Riad is much simpler, there are few restaurants in this area. Tout d’abord un énorme Merci à Icham ! Icham est extraordinaire ! Toujours présent, toujours très serviable et aimable ! Il se mets en 4 pour satisfaire les clients. Le Riad est beau et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, les repas servis sont très bons. Juste un point à souligner : la qualité des gels douche et shampooing est à revoir. Le vin est un peu cher aussi mais plutôt bon. Très bon séjour dans la globalité.
