I had a fantastic stay at Alesta Yacht Hotel in Fethiye. The location near the port is perfect with beautiful views. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The hotel stipulates that the check-in time is 2:00. Foreigners will not provide you with rooms even if they have them. If they say check-in at 2 o'clock, it means 2 o'clock. Foreigners are not flexible in doing things. But this time we were lucky. The hotel gave us a room at 10 o'clock and helped us upgrade the room to the sea. The room has a very good view and a warm room with 2 beds. The service staff at the front desk of this hotel, including the manager, have a very bad attitude towards Chinese people. The hotel actually had a strange driver come to pick us up in the lobby. When I asked the hotel, they said they didn't know. How did other strangers know that we were staying here - how could they come? We went to the hotel lobby and directly asked us that they would pick us up. I didn’t know what the hotel was going to do to us with this arrangement. It was appropriate for us to call a friend. My friend said that no driver had been arranged to pick us up. It is not recommended for Chinese people to come and stay in rooms that are not cleaned. Ask Their front desk is very impatient - European and American people are very helpful and answer all questions. So Chinese friends must not come to this hotel.
