"The room hygiene was very average. My friend who was traveling with me had redness and swelling on his legs. I don’t know if it’s because of poor hygiene or because there are bugs The service I want to complain about the most is that I just go to the front desk of the hotel and try my best to sell the product. Promote various water sports to us We told him to check in first and he still recommended it. And when I just said what type of boat I wanted to book on WhatsApp (foreign WeChat) and asked about the price, he told me that the ticket had already been booked and asked me to go to the front desk to pay cash. ? ? ? ? I kept asking him about the price but he wouldn't tell me. When I learned the price, he told me to come to the front desk to pay and he had already decided to buy the ticket for me. And I gave him cash and he said he couldn’t find it and still owed me 7 euros. It's ridiculous for a hotel front desk to owe customers money. They said they would give it to me the next day, but they didn’t get all the money back until checkout. And it is worth mentioning that the hotel does not allow mission water and food to be brought 😅 This is the only hotel we chose during this trip to Turkey that has this kind of rule. The weather is hot and only two bottles of mineral water in the room are definitely not enough. This is also considered a potential mandatory consumption. Also, the breakfast omelette staff are very double-standard. White people order food and bring it directly to their seats. We have to go to the counter to take the order, so forget it. There are few types of breakfast and the taste is not good. The only hot omelette told me. The second copy requires additional payment😓 The only advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location and is close to the sea. But everything else is shortcomings and very expensive. Too low value for money, poor service, poor hygiene, bad experience"

"We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided."

"I have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times while visiting the area with my partner. The rooms are airy and spacious, good working air con and staff are polite and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and shower was good, little bit tight/small space but pressure good. Open and spacious area outside to sit and sunbathe next to pool with views that are stunning. All rooms have fridges. We have not hard any problems at all, will definitely be staying here again next time we visit. Value for money👍🏽 One thing I think would be good was if they provided 1 or 2 bottles of water in the rooms, as you will be tired from the walk up the hill. Walk up the hill is STEEP, takes around 15-20 minutes from the small market outside tower hotel. Or you can get taxi which has a standard flat rate of 150 lira (£3.50) which can even be from the beach front."

"From first  minute we checked in the reception staff were so friendly and polite and spoke excellent English . Our room was amazing spacious and a good view on to the main street outside   the room was immaculately clean the bed was comfortable and  coffee tea and water were provided it was as  a very quiet hotel even though we were just off a Main Street  the breakfast was amazing plenty of choice on the menu and table service It was served quickly and hot .and  at night there is a good restaurant and bar with live entertainment , Over all an amazing price for a very good  hotel"

"The location of the hotel, the quality of the landscape, the rooms were excellent, every corner was very carefully thought out. It feels like you're staying in your own villa rather than a hotel holiday. The sea view, infinity pool, jacuzzi and room balcony were perfect. You can have a peaceful holiday in nature. The only downside was that there were too many flies and insects. Even though spraying was done, it was insufficient and disturbed me a lot. If I had known, I would have brought mosquito repellent spray or something with me because it really affected my holiday a bit badly. Apart from that, the food was a little expensive, but if you are going to a luxury hotel of this quality, you can afford it. The employees were caring and friendly. They did their best to make us leave the hotel happy. The music was chosen carefully, I liked all of it very much. The sea was wavy, clean, deep and cool. Since the rooms had their own pool, the pier and the shared infinity pool were very peaceful and quiet. The Lycian Way passes through the hotel. You can take a walk and discover beautiful views. I think the cleanliness could have been better. Activities can be planned. It would be perfect if a cure could be found for flies."

"We came to this hotel for a pleasant getaway with friends, and it captivated us from the moment we arrived. Everything, from the garden to the poolside, from the rooms to the view, was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, yet modern. While sunbathing by the pool under the palm trees, you lose track of time. The food is truly delicious, the presentation is elegant, and every detail on the menu is carefully considered. You can understand why they received the Gault & Millau award here. What impressed us most was the General Manager, Mr. Taner's, attention and sincerity towards the guests. He makes you feel special and truly strives to ensure every moment is enjoyable. In short, I definitely recommend it for both relaxation and creating beautiful memories. We're already making plans to return!"
