The family room was especially good, and the rooms on our floor looked nice; they were renovated and sparkling clean. I inspected a few rooms while they were being cleaned. The view from the terrace was amazing. The breakfast was very clean and wonderful; the buffet wasn't complicated, it had everything. All the staff, from housekeeping to the breakfast area and the reception area, were smiling; no one was grumpy. The daily cleaning was also great. The hotel deserves more stars. "We were moved to this hotel from our original booking in Gocek. There are mainly very positive things to say about the hotel with a few niggles. First up the friendly staff are all too willing to help you with everything. The hotel and pool area are very clean and nicelyg kept. The air conditioning and wifi were superb throughout. Our main criticism would be that we book as a self catering holiday (as I say not intially here) and the individu al rooms don't have cooking facilities. It's a cummunal kitchen butg it very small cramped and too hot to cook in. Therefore, we ended up eating out every day. Also, for breakfast some cold fruit juice would have been very welcome and perhaps some cereals for children. The location is fantastic. There's a supermarket right opposite the entrance for everyday needs. A short 5-10 minute walk and you are in the busy marina area of Gocek which is just lovely, a great range of restuarants and bars. Overall the hotel was great apart from the self catering aspect. Thanks for a lovely stay."

The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy "
