"The room was very comfortable, and the location was fantastic – less than a five-minute walk to the pier. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and Fethiye Old Town was also very close. The bathroom light was quite interesting; it was blue. On my first night, I thought that was the only option and was a bit freaked out, so I showered with one eye closed! It wasn't until the second day that I accidentally discovered you could change the light color by pressing it twice. Just thinking about that light still makes me a bit nervous at night."

"We have stayed at the neighbouring Libery Signa and Liberty Fabay previously. This is definitely a step up from those resorts (which is reflected in the price point). The plants around the hotel and much larger main strip are wonderful. One true disappointment was the check in. Our bags were taken from our taxi, and we walked into a large and busy reception area. We weren’t sure who to approach to check in, so waited in a queue for the front desk. Once at the front desk, we were told to take a seat in the lounging area. We were left waiting without any information on what was happening for 25 minutes. There was no offer of a drink, even though I could see a champagne trolley, no warm welcome, just directed to sit down. When we were finally met in reception to begin check in, the process was fine but still no offer of a drink. Having stayed at many 5 star hotels, the was the poorest and least warm welcome we have ever experienced. There are many many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Please make sure you take note of which à la carte an are free to use at lunch, as we came across many holiday makers who were unaware that they could walk into so many of them at lunch. The Assistants are a nice touch, you can message them on the app and they really do help with everything. We paid for the steakhouse and Asian restaurant. Both were fantastic, I would highly recommend the steakhouse as the service, food and ambiance was very high end. The only let down was having to scan QR codes for menus, even in high end restaurants. Paper menus just have a better feel about them. The adults only pools could do with some music, but ordering drinks and snacks straight to your lounger using the QR codes was fantastic. Overall, fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and assistants are great. But please work on the welcome process."

"We had a couple of nights here during the Easter holidays, and wish we had stayed longer! The room was great, everything you could need and we were lucky to have a swim up room too. Shower was amazing and bed comfy. Pretty quiet when we went so had plenty of choice of Sun loungers around the gorgeous pool, but also only a short walk to the beautiful beach! The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked! We also went to the Buzz beach bar which is run by the same people for lunch and dinner which was great and got 10% off for being guests at Mozaik! The most impressive thing was the wonderful hospitality from all of the staff. So friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. We really hope to come back here again."
