Layover option. Best value. I stayed at Hilton once before. Clean and simple. Breakfast and Airport lounge. Older rooms though serving the purpose. Note: drains need maintenance. David Beckham photo was a cute twist to the flooded bathroom.

The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others

Excellent if you have an early morning flight, saving you from the anxiety about getting to the airport ready for your flight. They even provided you with a tooth brush and toothpaste! You can just walk to the terminals.

The room is OK and it is right in the airport, very convenient The air conditioner cannot be adjusted

It's really small, the bed is about 80-90 cm But it feels quite clean, and it's convenient to take the next day's flight in the terminal. But for this price, it's really not worth such a small room and this bed

In the airport, 1 minute walk from the metro, 1 minute walk to check-in to fly, very close, never seen a school in an airport close to this before. The only disadvantage is very expensive ten thousand per night

The main reason is that it is convenient to transfer at the airport. I insist on getting two one-meter small beds for me alone, and I will not change them.

Positive: Convenient location inside the airport and simple but good breakfast, price a bit high, good service, single room is small but the bathroom is excellent, large mirrors, lights, I love the super large shower, a very relaxing waterfall. Negative: during the night I woke up feeling really COLD, like the air conditioning was on (couldn't adjust the temperature), however there was no other blanket, I didn't sleep very well.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is in the airport and close to departures. We had an early flight so it was convenient in that way. Everything else was subpar for the price. Shower didn’t drain, shades didn’t keep out the light and the bed was poor.

My wife and I usually stay at the Air Rooms hotel when we have an early flight out of Fumicino Airport. It's convenient and great customer service. It could use some updating but the bed was comfortable and thats what mattered most

Hallway to the hotel filled with homeless smoking in them, beds smelled like urine, bathroom floor was constantly wet with leaking water. Pillows were nothing but old foam that had zero support. We would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floors of the terminal. Didn’t even get to sleep it felt so dirty. Avoid and just stay at the Hilton

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. My room was very dirty, the sheets were stained, and the glass door in the shower area was missing. It seems like it got broken and never replaced. Therefore, couldn’t shower without water getting everywhere. The place was had a weird odor.

Old, in need of an update, convenient access to the terminals but this is no 4 star hotel
