Small boutique hotel, more like an apartment. The space was great and included expresso machine, refrigerator, separate living area, bathroom on main floor and a balcony. Bedroom located unstated. Centrally located.

Very central to all the big sights, we had a balcony that overlooked one of the busy shopping streets, it was beautiful!

Great location. Walkable to all the attractions and the best of all is that it is right next to the famous bridge in Florence. The property is everything you need. Highly recommend this place.

Guests should be informed of the fact that towels would be changed every two days while bed linens would be changed every 3 days beforehand instead of knowing it on check in . The kettle is not clean enough and the hot water I boiled with it had a strange smell.

Good location. A little noisy from the street. Host cleaned room each day but left no amenities and was not readily available so be prepared to buy own toiletries.

This is a walk-up, 23 steps to start, and then there's an elevator that can fit 2 people without luggage. Luckily, someone hefted the luggage--because we came at just the right time. The best part is Stefanie! She is front desk manager, and a whiz at all questions Rome. A life-saver, we loved her. This place gets a whole extra star because of her.

You have to book a check in time before you arrive, so I emailed to confirm our arrival time and found them to be responsive. Our out bound flight was rerouted so the hotel sent us check in instructions in case we were delayed which was very helpful. The room was great, location was very convenient and we found the staff to be very helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend!
