This hotel was perfect for my family of five (two teens and an 11 year old). We fit comfortably. The host was lovely and let us in early. It was cool so a great escape from the heat and the location was fantastic. Can not recommend enough.

This place is a gem! Excellent location, good bed, beautiful room and most important: staff is woderful! Our train was delayed for a strike and then there was a police intervention on a second train causing us being late for the time we agreed to arrive to Soggiormo Panerai. We were still greered with warm welcome even though there usually isn’t staff after 9 pm. During our stay no question was too much troubled to be answered.

Had such a great time here! Perfect location two blocks from the Duomo. It was clean and there was 24/7 access to towels. The staff was very kind and always said hello when we passed them. I recommend to anyone traveling!

We had a great stay! Cosimo was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay, even sent us recommendations for dinner/gelato. We walked absolutely everywhere, the location is amazing. Only thing I would say is it might need a little updating but other than that, it’s great. Thank you !!

We just left the room. For the location 10 cum laude, very central and very convenient for getting around on foot... Spacious room, decent bathroom let's say (below average, very below, poor quality products), but the shower outside the bathroom is inconceivable. A cold, freezing hole, with damp spots on the walls. Out of 5 nights, at least one change of sheets and linen was not done, nor was the bathroom cleaned at least, and upon our complaint we were offered a breakfast at a new bar that was obviously closed when we passed. I specify that the so-called partner bar was closed for 2 days ... so we had breakfast elsewhere. A little disappointing shall we say. I repeat the location is outstanding
