We booked a deluxe room at the same time as my friend but only my friend got a bottle of welcome

There’s a few facilities that’s not working/ spoilt in the room but the hotel is kind enough to send someone to fix it but this is compensated by the great location and also the helpful staff.

位置：酒店位於老橋旁，總的來説去各個景點還是很方便的。
環境：這個酒店外觀不錯，但是房間內裏裝修很簡單，用的東西質量很一般。可以放東西的桌面很少，不是很方便。衞生打掃得一般。
服務：前台check in的時候是一個佛羅倫薩本地的年輕接待員，給人感覺不是特別好，我們2點10分左右到，就説房間沒有準備好。要我們等到2點半以後才能入住。但其他白人旅客辦理入住又很快辦了，不知道是真的房型不一樣還是説其他原因。
最離譜的是，入住第二晚，這個酒店居然突然停水了。那個時候正在洗澡，豬隊友又睡著了。打電話問前台，前台説他們也從來沒有遇到這個問題，整棟樓都停水了。fine，就衹能等水來了，再把泡沫沖掉。這個過程等待了30分鐘左右，後來來的水壓也很不穩定，水管裏氣流聲很大，聽起來還蠻嚇人的。
mini bar也是要收費的，衣架質量很差，要小心使用。

酒店地理位置方便，到主要景點都可步行。deluxe房型在主樓，房間設施比較新和寬敞，衞生間還有浴缸。

房間很大很乾凈，暖氣也很夠，就在橋邊，離所有景點都很近，住了兩晚，是整個意大利行程中最舒服的一家，下了火車拖着行李二十分鐘就到了，下次來還住這裏，值得五星推薦，就是前台不是那麼友好。
