Structure with perfect location to reach the historic center, a few minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore and Santa Maria Novella station. The owners were very kind and allowed us to leave our backpacks in the facility after check-out.
The only advice concerns the private bathroom outside the economy double room, it would be better to have a key for the bathroom door too, so as to leave it closed when you are not in the structure.

The hotel is exactly what is says it is on its website, nothing more nothing less. Do not expect an elevator or big bathroom, but expect to be in a room right in the center of the town with great access to all main sites and activity. You will find a clean room, substantial breakfast and very friendly and familiar service. For the price you pay you get a great opportunity to visit Florence with comfort and ease.

Perfect location to Dome and ok breakfast. That’s about all from good to say about it. Don’t expect to get the room that you booked. Had short stay whilst exploring Italy with husband and booked double with shower, got twin with shower down the hall. Never mind, moved the beds together so really wouldn’t have minded at all if not the attitude from reception which was just a laugh and “that’s all I got so that’s what you’re having”. Total disregard to what’s actually booked

Friendly owner, excellent location in the centre, but the bathroom in the room is the size of a shower cabin where inside there is a sink and also a toilet. Environment not suitable for those who are claustrophobic. Very ancient style, so it depends on what comfort you are looking for and what needs you have.

Family-run guesthouse in a super strategic place for visiting Florence. We stayed 3 nights. The owners are lovely people and make you feel at home. The "dreaded" stairs aren't actually that terrible... A normal second floor with no elevator. Perfect cleanliness throughout the entire facility and breakfast ok! Highly recommended for quality/price in a rather expensive place like the center of Florence....

Two-night stay in this guesthouse in the center of Florence, very convenient for those arriving by train and for easily getting around the city. Excellent welcome from the owners, the sore point is the bathroom in the room which is excessively too small for a comfortable stay, otherwise everything was fine.
