I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good in Florence now. Although it is not a hotel service, it has everything. The butler is also very good. One thing to remind you is that their front desk is not 24 hours a day. If check-in is not during the regular time, it is best to contact us via WhatsApp or phone in advance.

The location of the apar**ent is very good, just a few minutes walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi. It is also a relatively safe area. Before coming here, I was a little worried about the security in Florence, but I didn't feel any problem walking in this neighborhood at night. The room is large. The building itself is 600 years old, but it was completely renovated in 19 years. There is an elevator in the middle to go up to the third floor. Very spacious for a family to live in.

This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment I made the reservation, our host, German,
was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! Spotless, clean, great location with easy walking to the sights. Looks like it has been recently renovated as it is in great condition. Would definitely return for another stay.

Our only complaint about the apar**ent was the queen bed was very firm, but otherwise perfect location central to a lot of cites and beautiful inside.

We recently returned after spending 6 wonderful nights in the Penthouse apar**ent. First, the staff was super friendly and accommodating with any requests we had. Although they are not there 24/7 they responded to emails very very quickly. The apar**ent was Very clean, had everything we could need, fast internet (179mbs) washer/dryer, great water pressure. AMAZING location with the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and grocery store less than 5 minute walks in different directions. We had 2 verandas and an EPIC view of the Duomo. Right outside the front door is an excellent pizzeria, taco shop, restaurant, gelato shop, wine store and down the street are the best sandwich shops and great restaurants. We have no complaints at all and will absolutely be returning here.

This property is close to everything from the church, pointe Vecchi , the old bridge, to the restaurants and shopping. It’s super clean and very nice decorations. Will definitely stay here again.
