The hotel overall was very clean and tidy. The bar staff were accommodating and pleasant as were the doormen. Reception staff were helpful although not overly friendly which is unusual.

EXCELLENT

The cleaning was tidy, but the bathroom smelled a lot of latex. I upgraded to Riverview, but it wasn't great. The breakfast was delicious.

Excellent hotel, close to the center with parking and every comfort. Swimming pool on the top floor from which you can see the center of Florence !! We stayed here for the second time and will be back!

Everything is spectacular, a luxury hotel, both service and facilities, a terrific breakfast, and a family room for 10, a success!! We were amazed.

The room is very old for a long time, even the air conditioner can't be turned down, it's super hot

Clean hotel, well appointed room is large; friendly and always available staff; Abundant breakfast !! 10 minutes walk you are at the cathedral .. beautiful walk on the river

The location is good, the overall cost performance is in line with the description, and it is very close to the attractions. Recommended. Parking is 35 euros a day.

The property was fantastic and the people were great. My only comment to the contrary is the air conditioning. Lots of hotels in Italy turn off the air conditioning and only provide heat. This property was no different. I tend to run a bit warm and i like to sleep in a cold room. I was a bit concerned about leaving the window open all night and the fan they provided was very loud. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff just want to help anyway they can. Being close to the river is great too. It is a beautiful stroll in the evening with plenty of place to stop and grab a glass of wine

The best hotel I have ever stayed at, hands down. Free upgrade on the room was beyond appreciated and after already having travelled for a few weeks, my three days here were a much needed Oasis. Everything was lovely. Even every room smelled amazing! What an important touch. Front desk staff extremely pleasant, laundry service amazing, and everything everywhere was spotlessly clean. Just wow. I will be back here my next time I come to Florence, no doubt about it. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights over the christmas period. we have a room with a balcony and had a stunning view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful My only minor criticism was that the towels were quite old and worn and the beds were quite hard, but that didn't detract from a wonderful stay ...we'll be back x

Hotel was right on the Arno river just like we wanted and our room was right on the river as well. Unfortunately the roof top was closed due to the bad weather which passed through a couple of days before we arrived. The bartenders were great and made some good drinks for us while we watched some local soccer matches on the bar TV.

The nicest people one can find in a hotel in Florence. Grazie mille a tutti.
