Had a great stay at Shanghai Elong Hotel! Staff was friendly and the room were great. Location is great as its located near Nanjing Pedestrian Street👍🏻Cleanliness are well maintaned as well👍🏻 We also received some freebies from the staff when we were checking out🥹 All in all, a great stay indeed!

Great hotel with good location and facilities. Hotel is located near nanjing east road you can use metro nanjing east exit 4 to travel.

Convenient location (6mins walk to Nanjing rd), friendly receptionist, and a pleasant stay overall. Breakfast options were average, and the room heater was faulty, but the staff provided a portable alternative. Would recommend Elong for its location and service.

Stayed for 9 nights, had a very pleasant stay. Soundproofing wasn’t very good could hear people walking past the room but wasn’t an issue for me personally. Location is amazing, walkable to the bund, people’s square and nanjing road, about 5-10mins walk from nanjing road metro station exit 4. Nice view of the streets from the room. Room had automatic black out curtain. Room was pretty spacious.
Hotel staffs were friendly. Room was clean, clean up service was good. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the hotel. New and clean, free bar fridge drinka..lobby with free drinks upon check in etc. Will stay here again when i come back Shanghai. Choose the view that faces the 步行街。

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was nice, and very helpful. The services and amenities the hotel offers are incredible, it’s way above the European level.
The hotel was very close to the Nanjinglu, The Bund was just around 10 minutes by walk.

The hotel is very near to Nanjing Road pedestrian, and walking distance to Waitan . The hotel staffs are friendly . And the room is equipped with smart toilet bowl
