I had stayed at an Andrade chain in Curitiba, which was a terrible experience... It was really horrible, the hotel staff were very rude, the rooms were terrible... Anyway!!!
Honestly, this one from Florianópolis surprised me on an extraordinary level...!!! It was wonderful, sensational, the entire hotel staff, WONDERFUL room, food, location and value.
I simply loved it, the next time I go to Floripa, I want to stay at the same hotel!!!

The hotel is old and has been renovated. The accommodation environment is quite satisfactory, and there are many locals who choose this hotel to stay. Close to the pedestrian street, safe nearby, you can go shopping. The hotel's breakfast and lunch dinner are good.

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable.
The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

The hotel is well located, only the service needs to improve. I asked for a towel because we were in the family and had no towel for everyone, but they said that they would take it and did not take it.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel....everything was fine with the cleanliness, by the way it was impeccable. The room was always big and the bathroom was bigger, I loved it!!
The breakfast is complete
and full of deliciousness, spectacular!
The staff are very attentive and concerned about our well-being.

The hotel is very good, excellent location in the centre of Florianópolis.If you want to go to the beach this hotel is not near the beaches, it is in the central area of Florianópolis, but it is a good option for anyone looking for this region.

Aandyni991The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the airport. I stayed here for business trips for the convenience of transportation. There is a beach in front of the hotel with a great view. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like in China, so you have to bring your own. The breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, there is no Chinese food, but the fruit is good.

GGuest UserThe place is very pleasant. The owner is super good people and I ask. The climate of the house was great, I felt well the will with the staff (I hope I made friends).
I was lucky to get a gallery of good people for the same purpose, the Floripa Marathon.
The only point of consideration for improvement is the male bathroom that can improve the doors of the bathroom.

AAndreiaaraujoO hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio.
