"The quality of service in the pool and beach area at Restaurante Fajã was very poor. The waiting time to receive a simple soft drink or beer was almost 10 minutes, it seems that there is no manager in the restaurant to keep an eye on guests and their orders."

"Nice hotel in a very good location. It lacks maintenance and thorough hygiene. The common areas are very dirty, from the floors to the tables and chairs. The panoramic elevator, very nice, but very dirty, the windows are all stained and there is a nauseating smell. In the end we used the stairs to move around. The furniture in the room is old and worn out, the minibar is pitiful. Transparent blackout curtains. Towels are totally dirty. The staff uniforms leave a lot to be desired, they look in poor condition. The vast majority are Argentines with little sense of customer service, which is strange in Brazil, Brazilians are outstanding in terms of service. We also had the experience that the toilet was blocked and the cistern broken, which they quickly resolved. The descent to the beach should be fixed, it is very deteriorated. It is a shame that the hotel is so unworthy, because it is nice and in a very nice area."

"The hotel is very well located, just steps from the Hercilio Luz bridge. The breakfast is very complete and served on Sundays from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM, excellent for those who need to eat very early or for those who want to sleep in. Regarding the facilities, be aware of the peak check-out time, as you may have to wait a long time for the elevator."

"I want to make it clear that a night receptionist at your hotel disrespected me by pointing out that he was giving me a gift because of how I dressed. It's incredible that men like that still exist. He's not my friend, nor do I know him, and it offends me? My vacation was going perfectly until your employee managed to ruin it for free. It's vital to make people aware of these situations that many women have to deal with, and I will make it public because it's unacceptable that people like that work in the public eye and refer to themselves like that. The hotel is expensive considering the infrastructure, and the cleaning in general is sketchy."

"Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season."
