Comfort Inn & Suites St Louis-Hazelwood

I really like its clean it’s family friendly and staff was very friendly and nice i didn’t like that I’m a traveling nurse so I work very very long hours when I get off I just wanna go to sleep peace and quiet which I know I’m not gonna have that but at 2 o’clock in the morning I do not want to hear someone arguing or talking loudly on their phone walking up and down the hallway when I have to get up at six

One of the worst experiences that we had. The bathroom sink was not working, the air condition was too loud, the building was old. I wonder how they achieved this high score, all I can give is 1-2 stars.

Place didn’t look like the pictures! The area looked very unsafe, the rooms where old and gross.

Affordable and friendly staff comfortable rooms, friendly maids

Housekeeping started yelling and vacuuming outside my door at 8am. Vacuuming gives me a headache, so that really ruined my day before it even started.

Everything was good. The staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. The pool was nice. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy.

This is an odd arrangement for a Comfort Suites. I have stayed there a couple of times, but it is kind of shabby and strange. There are 3 floors and a "Lobby" level, but the Lobby area is between floors 1 and 2. There is also a door that you have to open when exiting the elevator and entering the hallway of the rooms - which can be difficult if you are carrying luggage. Room itself was a strange set up as you walk through the "hallway" in the room, which has a sink in it right next to the door. The toilet and bathtub are in a tiny closed off room. Walls are kind of textured weird, moulding is sort of in need of repair - overall, it just isn't as nice as some of the other Comfort Suites we've stayed at. The staff was lovely, except there were very young children (under age 5) hanging out in the lobby late at night (Where are their parents?), or maybe the staff's children? Blinds did not go up and down like they were supposed to. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and it was hot!

Happy with our stay staff was nice also in a good location, decent breakfast

The bed was hard, need thick comforters, it gets cold and that thin blanket doesn’t help. Trash and dust was down side the bed.
