管理做不到位，過年這種節日，更加應該嚴格，溝通也唉，14點到了沒法入住，一家老小徘徊在等，衞生做的慢還不到位，頭髮…地板我們晚上還自己拿水去刷；花了大價錢還衹能用一個池，也想着衞生點沒其他人，結果一棟別墅還衹能用一個池，早知道直接訂隔壁温泉酒店算了

水不夠熱鍋爐要燒很久，越泡越冷，能整個加熱的東西就好了，泳池衞生做的也是馬馬虎虎，總得來説整個鶴鳴洲都不是很值得去泡。

泡池能坐兩個人，房間環境很好，古色古香，衞生間也挺乾淨。2房2廳床很舒服，有自己的空間，雖然説靠近國道，但是關上窗户也隔音。

房間環境挺好的，有冰箱，燃氣灶，自帶餐具等等可以自己做飯，地理位置距離佛岡市區駕車10分鐘左右，距離湯塘鎮市場大概2-3公里，小區缺少小童設施，另外我們當時是住9樓，洗澡的水壓不穩，忽冷忽熱。温泉池不錯，但是陽台缺少遮擋物，應該配點簾子遮擋一下。

房間是不錯，但太靠近 106國道，24小時都是車輛來來往往的噪聲，如果不習慣可就慘了。而且附近沒有吃飯的地方，要到公路對面，過馬路十分危險，早餐就不用想了。現在樓盤還在建，或許建成後有所不同吧。

總體很滿意，回到家的感覺，就國道邊，交通方便，周邊農莊多，餐飲十分方便豐富，離市場也不遠，開車十幾分鍾。泡池在陽台，還可觀夜景看煙花。

設施：酒店設施非常新，我們訂了三房別墅和三房公寓，一進去的裝修就大家都很喜歡，現代簡約。
衞生：衞生非常好，我對酒店要求高，房間的衞生都是很好的。
環境：整體環境舒適，適合一家人出行度假。
服務：服務還是響應非常快，我們的要求都能感覺酒店都盡力滿足，尤其是賣力的前台小姐姐，有禮貌也積極響應，雖然中間有些小插曲，但是都基本解決，表揚攜程客服的解決問題的態度、能力及響應速度，酒店管理人員可改進與客人溝通的技巧及靈活度，相信一定能做得更好。
