Our room was smelling so badly, and my wife vomited twice, and I did speak with the manager, but he wasn't helping at night. So I spoke with the day management, and he said that I should be given a full refund from you guys. Please give me my refund

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they have Camden Town pale ale on draught at the bar, which is an excellent pint. Their pizzas are pretty good, too.

Parking is very convenient, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the front desk service is friendly. It is worth coming again
. The location is excellent, the supporting facilities are complete, and the room facilities are very new. I will stay here again next time

Not great. For the price I paid for a Holiday Inn Express (which was frankly higher than most others I have stayed at), the condition and comfort were poor. The shower amenities were empty (finished and not refilled), beds looked like they were made in a hurry (not tucked in fully).
The worst was the A/C didn't work all night. I complained to the staff twice in-person at reception and once through the intercom but nothing was fixed all night. I requested for my room to be changed but they kept telling me they would reset the A/C and to wait. Eventually I went to bed sweating all night.
Overall, for the price you end up paying, I'd suggest avoiding this hotel as it's not up to scratch with interiors or breakfast buffet either.
