We booked, via AeroVacante agency, a double bed room with see view and balcony, and we get a multiroom acces terase instead of a private balcony, facing hotel roof. You could see far away the see! See photos! Cleanness was good-as it should be-food was horrible and not fresh prepared, restaurant was in fact a noisy canteen! Hotel location was on the hill, you have to walk a steep road to it(or downhill).

The hotel and its price is perfect for a 3 star hotel. The crew was nice, friendly and professional. Location is not perfect, since it is bit far from Forio center, and Forio's roads and sidewalks are not so safety for a walk, especially with a 4yo kid, thus we had to catch a bus (however the Hotel has a shuttle to the beach of Citara). You can have a room seaview, even if the hotel not on the seaside. All in all you will get what you expect.

Soggiorno di 6 gg davvero super piacevole stanza pulita e confortevole i servizi ottimi il personale disponibile e super gentili Il maitre Nicola che dire semplicemente fantastico io intollerante al lattosio mi ha reso la colazione davvero un momento piacevole e goloso facendomi avere prodotti senza lattosio davvero ottimi Consigliamo vivamente di passare le vacanze qui in questo albergo non vorrete più andar via Grazie ai camerieri alle governanti ai gestori del bar e a Valeria del Bar che ci ha davvero coccolati Ciao Imerial a presto!!!!

Hotel tre stelle con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: Struttura seppur datata molto ben tenuta con giardino molto curato. Ampia e funzionale l’area piscina con attigua area bar dai prezzi contenuti Area pasti: colazione molto diversificata nel ‘area dolci, poca scelta nel salato. I vassoi sono sempre riforniti. Pranzo non ho esperienze avendo sempre mangiato fuori. Cena: ampio buffet di verdure crude e cotte ben presentato e di buona qualità. Il menu propone sempre 3 primi 3 secondi e frutta e /o dolci. Porzioni giuste e buona qualità. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio e servizio navetta con la vicina spiaggia di Citara. Pulizia stanze di buon livello con cambio frequente della biancheria da bagno. Personale disponibile e gentile

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno presso questa struttura davvero ben curata. Ricca di verde curatissimo dai tanti colori dell'estate. La piscina all'aperto è al chiuso sono di acqua termale, estremamente ben tenute. C'è anche un bar presso la piscina scoperta con personale gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante offre diverse portate dalla colazione alla cena e di mangia piuttosto bene. Purtroppo il personale, soprattutto femminile non è simpaticissimo, ma per fortuna che c'era il divertentissimo salvatore a servirci... Camere profumate, pulite e ben tenute. Ottima posizione per prendere i mezzi pubblici e spostarsi... e c'è una navetta gratuita che vi può portare in spiaggia a citara. La struttura ci ha davvero piacevolmente sorpreso É stata una bellissima esperienza che consigliamo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nella prima settimana di luglio, abbiamo scelto una camera senza vista (andavamo in camera solo per dormire) non molto grande, ma con tutti i comfort. Le stanze pulite quotidianamente da personale preciso e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto la pensione completa e devo dire non ce ne siamo affatto pentiti, visti i prezzi sul litorale (una bruschetta al pomodoro €8.00), anzi pienamente soddisfatti della ristorazione dell'hotel. I ragazzi della sala e il maitre sempre sorridenti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Un plauso va allo chef che con i suoi piatti semplici con ingredienti freschi ci ha conquistato. I primi del giorno cotti al momento e mai scotti, la sera la parmigiana mai pesante nonostante fatta come tradizione comanda (INFARINATA E FRITTA). Abbiamo usufruito anche del centro benessere, il nostro ciclo di fanghi fatto dalla signora Antonietta è stato rigenerante, lei puntuale ed attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza merita tutta la nostra riconoscenza per il lavoro svolto. Abbiamo soggiornato nelle 2 ultime settimane di maggio e siamo rimasti entusiasti da ogni punto di vista. Bello l'albergo e incantevoli i giardini e le piscine. Location comodissima per raggiungere ogni localita dell'isola utilizzando siai mezzi pubblici che fermano fuoro dall'albergo sia con lo scooter che ti viene consegnato direttamente in albergo.Tutto il personale si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile, in particolare la Sig. ra Claudia e le responsabili del reparto termale - Antonietta e Caterina, così come tutto il personale di sala che durante i pasti ci ha inaspettativamente servito anche una dose extra di simpatia. Una vacanza che non scordremo e che ci auguriamo di ripetere anche il prossimo anno. Nunzia e Willy
