Every detail of the hotel is so thought out and personable, staff are the most hospitable, the food is delicious & the surroundings are stunning. Most relaxed I have been in a long time. Truly a beautiful & luxurious retreat! Thank you Rita & Anna

I thought the grounds and the spa were very nice but the staff at reception was very poor. We had no AC working the first night we were there (and very jet lagged from Los Angeles) and the problem was not addressed until the next day. We told them 3 times after we checked in - at 3 PM.and again at 6 PM and then at 10 PM. We got no sleep that night as it was over 85 degrees in the room. At checkout we told these things happen ! We were paying over $650 a night and the management just did not care. Wouldn't go back because of this. Stayed 3 nights and the first night should have been comped due to this problem. Period.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience at Botania Relais From the moment we arrived at Botania Relais in Ischia, we were blown away by the service, the beauty of the property, and the overall experience. The estate is expansive, immaculately maintained, and surrounded by lush flora that creates a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere. It truly feels like a hidden paradise. What really sets this place apart is the concierge service—honestly, the best I’ve ever experienced. Martin and Claudia were the best!!! Upon check-in, we were given a WhatsApp number to contact the concierge directly, and from that point on, everything was seamless. Whether we needed help with transfers, dinner reservations, or planning leisure activities, they were responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful every time. The property is spotlessly clean and features three fantastic on-site restaurants. A standout moment for us was our first morning at the buffet, where a staff member personally walked us through all the offerings and explained the origins of their fresh, local produce. That level of attention and care was consistent throughout our stay. The views are breathtaking, the swimming pool is serene and luxurious, and every detail is designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. We stayed for four nights and left feeling completely recharged—and already thinking about when we can return. I couldn’t recommend Botania Relais more highly. If you're looking for a true five-star experience in Ischia, this is the place.

Just returned from a 9 day stay at the Botania Relais and Spa. I could not fault the hotel in anyway - it was fantastic from start to finish. Great facilities, exceptional staff all around, who were always extremely helpful, and the food was a delight, possible one of the best breakfast experiences I've had. Then the gardens are just beautiful. We were sorry to leave and would go back in a heartbeat. A slice of paradise on the beautiful island of Ischia.

A fantastic experience. Incredibly welcoming staff, beautiful facilities and the most relaxing and green environment you can imagine. Location is perfect for wandering to the beach or local towns and in a beautiful environment. Rooms are spacious and clean and lots of little touches. Food in the restaurants is excellent, even getting a pizza by the pool is delicious.

We spent four lovely nights at Botania. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide a wonderful and memorable experience. The 7 course tasting menu at Il Mirto was one of the best meals we encountered on our two week stay in Italy. Girardo, Giuseppe and Giovanni made the night extra special for our party. The pool and spa area was wonderful. We hope to return in the near future. Nancy Lange

What can I say—this place is truly magical! Initially, I was a bit hesitant since the property isn’t located directly on the beach. However, we ended up preferring the lush gardens, serene greenery, and tranquil setting over the hustle and bustle of the beachfront. For those who do crave the ocean, a stunning beach is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. As someone who appreciates beautifully maintained gardens, wholesome cuisine, and elegant ambiance, this place exceeded all expectations—it checked every box. The grounds are even more breathtaking than I had imagined, and the staff deserve special mention. Every single team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and detail-oriented. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We’re genuinely sad to leave this little slice of paradise, but we’re already counting down the days until we return next year. Without a doubt, this was one of the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you Botania!!! We can’t wait to return!
