Location was great. Stayed for days. The front counter was great but every single day room staff always forgot towels or facecloths etc. Rooms were very basic with no utensils and all plastic cups. Rooms are very old and showing its age.

Adorable and convenient location with the BEST staff!
I booked this last minute to extend a vacation with friends and the price was very reasonable for the location. It’s as bright and beautiful as the photos look and it’s one block away from the beach! The one mile walk for the best shopping and restaurant was so easy and convenient so we didn’t have to pay for an Uber. Such a great beach and restaurants nearby!! I also loved how there were multiple pools spread throughout the property so they never got too crowded!
I had some unexpected travel changes and needed more rooms last minute and Nicolas was the one who was helping me and my friends. He was the most friendly, helpful, and amazing person to make the stay so memorable and enjoyable!! He changed our room to find us a bigger and best option, personally walked us to every room so we could find it and did a quality check to ensure everything was clean and prepared for us!! AMAZING. All my friends loved him and he was so thorough and helpful! I will absolutely return!!!

Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and dining options, that's what you're really paying for. The room was spacious, but not the smartest use of space. No drawers, no bathroom vanity or space to put your toiletries, not even space for a tooth brush. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust, so every time you take a shower it becomes a steam room and if you don't keep the bathroom door closed the room gets muggy. Small window type A/C is not enough to keep room cool and dry. All our clothes felt damp after a couple of days, A/C thermostat locked at 72 degrees. We had to ask for houskeeping services, towels, toilet paper, tissue and coffee maker supplies. Swimming pool looked nice and clean, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. Area surroundings is really nice and good vibes. Like I said, location is excellent and that's what you pay for.

Outside is well maintained and quaint upon first sight. The girl at the counter upon check in was on her phone and didn’t stop right away once she took my card and ID. The process seemed long and she didn’t really say anything to us during that time. Then she had us follow her to room. Room on 2nd floor, no elevator so, had to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs. Door of room didn’t seem secure, there was a big gap at the top. Room looked nothing like the photos online. Air conditioner was loud and ran the whole time. In the bathroom you could hear the very loud music from the tv next door. Paint was peeling in bathroom. Bedding was terrible, thin, old and didn’t fit the bed. We prepaid close to $300 for the night and it definitely wasn’t worth that. Rates online that day were way lower but, wouldn’t recommend.

We had such an incredible stay at the North Beach Hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Nicolas, Nick, Guillermo and Debbie were all incredible, providing exceptional customer service. Thank you for everything.

We loved the location, only a few minute walk to the beach and shops. It's a super cute hotel and we felt safe until we got to the room. They definitely need better locks for the doors but other than that everything was good.

A little run down but the room was big and was ok. Nothing great, nothing horrible other than frosted windows without any way to cover them. I asked the staff to cover them. It was very bright at night trying to sleep. That request was ignored.
Very close to the beach and generally an excellent location. 3 star facility in a 5 star location.

Cool little area and nice for the price. The connected bakery is amazing and they have an excellent restaurant staff. The bed was nice and comfortable. The room was large. Only one of the 3 pools is heated (heaters exist for the others, but are not turned on). Had a shower issue that was present she should have been recognized by the cleaning staff. They resolved it the next day. Cleaning service was inconsistent. Sometimes they took towels and didn’t replace them. Coffee pods were not replaced. I would stay again, but reduce my expectations. The area does not live up to the web site photos.

Good location. Close to beach, area was nice and safe. Hotel overall in good condition, we had a very spacious family suite. It was actually a nice change of pace from the newer modern hotels
. A throwback beach vibe. Really our only issue was check in. Took 50 minutes with two people in front of me.
