Excellent location- walkable to downtown restaurants and easy to drive to sites across the river as well!
Staff is friendly and cares about guests. Manager is outstanding. Quiet room. Love the shower control at opposite end of water head. Eco conscious amenities. Lots of plugs for tech.

Newer hotel and working out issues. Bathtub faucets were reversed. Hot setting was cold and cold setting was warm.
Staff was friendly and helpful about things to do in the area. We would stay there again.

The hotel is new, they don’t have a signal with their name outside. The check in was smooth, cordial, friendly. Amenities and bedroom perfect condition. The breakfast better than expected.

Wife and I just wanted a decent place within walking distance to downtown. It was about a 5 minute walk to downtown. I gotta say, the staff were very professional and helpful with getting us checked in and recommendations for local spots to try. This will be a go to when we want to get back to the area.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. I found out that the location had just been open for a few weeks but it was so clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Im a local that just stayed for a party we atteneded ans I will absolutely stay again.

A close walk to downtown Ft Myers is the cherry on the icing on the cake. Start with the only reasonably priced hotel on the east side of river and you're set for a good time

Luke warm shower, tap water had a swampy odor, no bottled water available for drinking,
reserved a king, got a queen,
