Highland Hideaway is a detached cottage in Onich, set back from the A82 and just a couple of minutes stroll to the loch. It was previously our family home of 16 years, and was fully refurbished in 2024. It is warm and cozy with a wood burning stove as well as central heating and has space and comfort for everyone. Within easy reach of Glencoe and Fort William. The space Fully refurbished cottage in peaceful surroundings. 2 minutes from the beach with views of the hills. Perfect location for visiting Fort William and Glencoe. Cuildorag Cottage (the Highland Hideaway) is a 5 bedroom property in the grounds of our family home. In bookings for 8, 4 king sized rooms are available. Its complete refurbishment was finished in 2024, exterior painting has been booked for spring 2025. Cuildorag Cottage is in Onich - half way between Fort William and Glencoe - a peaceful spot with easy access to the A82 and a 2 minute walk to the beach. All of our beds have Emma mattresses for your comfort. There is a ground floor king sized bedroom which is en-suite. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 2 is en-suite, king sized, has loch views and a television. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are king sized and share a large shower room. We have a full fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods is provided). The living room is light and airy with a 65” television and a wood burning stove. The dining room easily seats 10. Off the living room is a snug, with 2 sofas where you can enjoy the mountain views and watch the birds. The extensive garden is shared with us and the AirBnB Studio. The Studio, although close to the cottage, should not cause any disturbance. It sleeps 2 and it has its own facilities. There is ample parking for 3 cars. Guest access When we let the cottage as a cottage for 8, only 4 of the 5 bedrooms will be available. You can pay for the 5th bedroom if you wish. You have sole access to the cottage and share the extensive garden with us and the Studio.
