There is an elevator
Each room has its own bathroom and shower
The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are very high
So there is no smell
The bunk beds are solid and well made
So they don't creak, so the bunk beds weren't bad
If only the accommodation cost and the location were close, I think I would have stayed here forever
I'm currently staying at a YHA, but the room is too small compared to that :(
Usually tourists come here
I'm planning to stay here when I come to Breeze before going to Korea
We had a pleasant stay at Kooii Apartments. The apartment is spacious and good for us, a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we were satisfied with amenities and facilities provided by Kooii. If we didn’t find a cockroach in the living room, we would definitely rate Kooii Apartments higher in cleanliness.
We really want to thank Scott, the Building Manager, for helping us when we had trouble. We had left our car key in the apartment after we checked out and dropped the room keys and swipe cards into the express box at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we had to return the car and catch our flight. We called Scott for help. He was really helpful, patient and friendly.
Really clean, modern apartment with excellent views, large space, very comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay.
Pleasantly surprised with this hostel/hotel.
At the heart of Brisbane entertainment zone (Fortitude valley), I selected the dormitory and was impressed by the modern style and atmosphere.
Everything you need (power plug, adjustable reading light) were provided within your pod, it was very sound proof, made it a nice sleep experience. Modern and clean bathroom. And an individual locker.
It is self check in system, I had a problem with it at first but resolved. Quick and easy to use. Nice communal space and kitchen, with self serve bar closing at 10pm.
Located 5mins walk to the train station. Walking distance to many food outlets and places of interest. There are many clubs down the streets as well.
Not much of the service at the desk but that’s not what you need, it’s a good accommodation. Come with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Great for families.
Bathroom body soap was diluted with water. But there’s a same bottle at the sink hence we didn’t make a fuss.
Hotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Staff at the reception counter are good and friendly. Hotel location was ok given that we are attending wedding nearby at Fortitude Valley. Average cleanliness of the room, saw some stains on the bedsheets.
Very very satisfied. We arrived in the middle of the night. So the store put the key in the safe. The process of finding the key is like escape in the secret room. It is very interesting! The room is clean and tidy, super big and very close to the story bridge. Overall, the price is very, very high. Extremely recommended.
No breakfast, no extra bed, 1.3 km from the city center, about 20 minutes walk, a few minutes by car, a bit noisy on weekend nights. There is a newly opened restaurant based on Chinese and Japanese food, and the taste is OK. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel room, which can be used for cooking. It is very convenient.
