The location is excellent, with great access to trains, buses, and even the ferry. Story Bridge is just a 5-minute walk away. The riverside is bustling with people running, walking, and cycling, making it perfect for active long-term stays. Right in front of the entrance is a popular cafe that opens at 6 AM, great for grabbing a coffee to go. The simple yet stylish living room was also lovely. The bed was comfortable; my mother and I shared it and didn't disturb each other at all. When the oven microwave broke, the front desk promptly brought us a regular microwave. Since there's no daily cleaning service, you can get towels, toilet paper, detergent, and other necessities from the front desk if needed. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be amazing to have a vacuum cleaner and a rice cooker in the room. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Front reception staff were courteous and very helpful. The unit was spacious, well-presented, and exceptionally clean. The location is very central, with restaurants close by. The only minor drawback was the additional surcharge for parking if required.

The location is very convenient, and there's three-hour visitor parking. The shower had plenty of hot water; it would have been even better with shower gel.

Great location for gigs and the on-site parking was a must for me . The 1 bedroom we had was one the largest places of its type I’ve stayed in - heaps of room , comfortable bed , good air con . Customer service was excellent, no complaints and would stay there again , it was great for what we wanted it for . Thanks .
