Location: The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a mere 5-minute walk to the Botanic Gardens, and just 10 minutes to bustling areas like City Hall and Queen Street. South Bank Parklands and the Casino are also conveniently located within a 10-15 minute stroll. Facilities: As for the facilities, they were quite average. The kitchen equipment was just passable. What's more, the room faced another building, offering zero privacy and no direct sunlight. The bedding was dated, and the bathroom was tiny. All in all, rather unsatisfactory. Service: The self-service setup was generally okay, but we discovered there was no hand soap or trash bags in the room, forcing us to head down to the front desk to get them. We were explicitly told check-out was strictly at 10 AM, which seemed like a bit of a rip-off. Ironically, we ended up checking out at 11 AM without anyone questioning or charging us.

The hotel staff are very thoughtful. We booked for two adults and one child, and they had everything prepared upon our arrival, including an extra bed with additional towels, soap, and other essentials. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance. The front desk staff are kind and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we need. I even left some belongings behind, and they responded promptly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to casino, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!

Great location !! Everything 3mins away from this hotel. Due to the middle of the city,Our room was 10th floor and noise comes from the busy street at night time. One thing make us annoyed was one of the lift did not work and had to wait or people lined for wait.

Located right by Queen Street Mall in the CBD, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient with all amenities readily available nearby. However, there was a minor hiccup. Prior to check-in, I had clearly requested a twin room via email, but upon opening the door, I found a king-sized bed. I then had to go back down to the front desk to resolve the issue. They offered to split the king bed into two single beds but mentioned I would need to wait a while. After waiting 20 minutes in the room with no one arriving, I had to call again to follow up. Fortunately, it all worked out in the end. Apart from this, the hotel's other facilities and services were impeccable. I called for two blankets one evening as I felt a bit cold. Being on the 10th floor, my sleep was undisturbed and the surroundings were very quiet.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand and elegant, the room is spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a superb view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries are premium brands. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with our luggage and offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a sophisticated and exquisitely prepared Chinese and Western buffet. The gym and swimming pool facilities are new, well-maintained, and were never crowded. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the main shopping district and the metro station. It offers superb value for money, and I highly recommend it!

Great Hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are compact but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I think the best thing was how clean everything was. They have daily housekeeping so the room is always smelling fresh and clean. Check in staff are so friendly and there is no waiting. This hotel has four elevators so you never wait very long to get to your room or downstairs. Even though there are no balconies the rooms have floor to ceiling windows so the views are spectacular. Everything you would expect was provided, kettle, cups glasses fridge shampoo , towels etc. I needed some extra pillows and they brought them straight up. Location wise you can't get much better with a Cole's supermarket just downstairs and Ibis Styles is walk to everything, very close to the Casino and Queen Street and short walk to South Bank as well as train and Bus stations. There are too many cafes and restaurants nearby to list. The Bed was very nice and comfortable and not too hard like many other Hotels. The shower was large and the air conditioner worked perfectly. We really like this Hotel and will definitely be back again. Thanks to The Hotel staff for doing such a good job.

Really great! The common facilities are excellent, including a study room and a communal kitchen (complete with shared utensils). My roommates were also very friendly. It's perfect for long-term stays and a wonderful place to meet new people.

The hotel is close to the central train station and there are many supermarkets nearby. Because there was a typhoon during our stay, we had to stay an extra night. The cost was very expensive, about AUD 296. If you don't want to move your luggage to another hotel, it's worth it. There are shopping malls and good restaurants nearby. This hotel has a very good arrangement, if the room permits, you can check in early. But don't stay in a room close to the road, as there will be a lot of noise.

The apartelle's pin on the google map is across the street. Drivers always park across the street. The property is located about 20 mins away from the city center. There's a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner. The apartelle provides toiletries & coffee. Towels & other toiletries are available for self service refill at the lobby area.
