The environment is comfortable, the service is thoughtful, and every place feels carefully arranged. Although there are not many views outside the window, the designer used bamboo and hollow brick partitions to not affect the light, but also make the view outside the window more poetic and comfortable.
Disadvantages:
Breakfast: There are too few varieties, and some Western pastries can be added appropriately. The coffee is not equipped with sugar and milk, which seems unprofessional;
Sound insulation: The sound of cars on the street and the sound of closing doors next door can be clearly heard;

The two elders returned to their hometown to visit relatives and booked this hotel located nearby, but were disappointed with the overall service.
There was basically no choice for breakfast, only dim sum and siu mai. I ordered coffee, but there was only one bag of sugar. I asked the waiter to get more. After he found it, he actually told the customer that American coffee did not need sugar. What kind of attitude is this? He can't solve the problem but instead blames the person who asked the question! Of course, there was still no sugar the next day.
The itinerary changed and we had to extend our stay for one more night, but the housekeeping made the bed but didn't change the towels or wash the cups, which was very strange.
I ordered from Taobao and asked the front desk to collect it for me, but the arrangements were confusing and the clerk did not communicate well, so it took me a long time to find it.
What is commendable is that the design is novel, the bedding is hygienic, and there are smart home services.
Overall, the service is unprofessional and needs to be improved.
