Conveniently located in the city centre, Ruby is just a short walk away from the metro, a big shopping mall and about 20 min from the main train station. The loft room is spacious; I had reservations about the bathroom having only glass walls - not leaving much privacy - but curtains are pretty thick. However, they aren’t blackout ones (which would be difficult by design) so you not only hear another person using the shower but also see the lights. The rooftop bar is nice and cosy, be if for breakfast in the morning (didn’t avail of it) or cocktails later in the day.

The front of this hotel is not very eye-catching. You can't tell it without looking carefully. It seems to be in the building of a mood bar. The bartender said it is open 24 hours a day, but I didn't go. Went there during breakfast. The room is not big, but rather cramped. It's a big city. The bed is on the ground, a bit like a loft. I didn't expect this at first. The mattress is very soft, but the room is so cramped that I might not be able to fit it in. It's a big suitcase, the one I took on board the plane, and I can still open it with ease. The location of the hotel is okay. It's not far from the pedestrian street, which is lined with shops. You can also walk to the Municipal Square. It's within walking distance of the old opera house and the new opera house. It feels like a place suitable for young people to live.

The hotel is located next to a shopping street. The nearest one is Prada. Check-in is on the sixth floor. The bar on the ground floor is indeed a bit noisy, but it is bearable. The room is still German-style and traditional. There are no slippers, no toothpaste, no electric kettle, and no complimentary mineral water. . It’s really troublesome especially without an electric kettle.
There is a subway station nearby, you can take many S or U lines to Frankfurt Train Station, you can take line S8 to Frankfurt Airport (6.3 euros), and then take the shuttle bus to T2.
From a shopping perspective, living here is really convenient and suitable for those who want to shop.
The sixth floor is suitable for drinking (beer is bottled). I ordered a pizza, which was not delicious. It felt a bit like frozen food after being heated, not freshly made.
