Location was spot on as its in the heart of FreoLoved the Medieva/Gothic vibe type of this B&B accomodation. Bfast provided was OK for the price
OverAll cleanliness could be improved as there was a crawling insect when about to sleep at night (could have been when balcony was opened by us). Aircon is not really working Cold.
Will still surely recommends!

Superb location. Felt very secure. Small rooms but very quiet with good a/c. Small but adequate breakfast. Same every day so ready for a change by day 4! Steep stairs to get to our room. Never saw another living soul but late arrival procedure worked very well.

very comfy cool lofty bed. an absolute treat! Would have loved a later check out time so I could have soaked up more time. Forgot to ask if there could be a later check out time so not sure if that can be arranged. Sweet little breakfast and milk was waiting for me in the fridge, fresh fruit cup and homemade banana bread! view over the courtyard was lovely, could have been in Tuscany! will defiantly be back for our next weekend away in Freo. Thank you

Excellent location, walking distance to all sightseeing. Bus and train stops nearby. Wonderful breakfast consisting of juice, muesli, yoghurt and banana bread. Clean. Quiet location. Air conditioning worked a treat in the hot weather. Happy to stay again.

Comfortable bnb in a delightful couryard setting with a French style feel. Close to some good restaurants and bars, and minutes from the market. Walking distance to quay and Fremantle sightseeing .Continental breakfast provided , comfortable bed and quiet situation.

Leeuwin room was spectacular, incredible balcony view and great location, quiet and very comfortable. Absolutely recommended for either short or long-term stay, Freo West End literally on the doorstep. Shall definitely be returning 👌🏻

Great location right in the heart of Fremantle. Enter the gates and it is peaceful and quiet. You will like you are in France. Communication great. Highly recommend for a couples getaway. Great wine bar next door also. Breakfast was fresh and lovely
