We hv a very nice experience to stay in Grand Fuji Hotel. Excellent environment and location. All staff are very helpful. Even this is an old style hotel but still kept very cleanliness and facilities all in good condition. Highly recommend to stay in.

Near to the Mt Fuji Shinkansen. But if you are travel to the lake Fujikawaguchiko. It is very far it take 2hrs++ by train. Other than that hotel staff was very friendly and the front office staff able to speak English too. Having a Good breakfast. We are able to view the Mt Fuji from the hotel rooftop. Room was very big. Unfortunately, mineral water in the room are chargeable. Most of the hotel are free.

The service attitude is good, the room is also good, and you can see Mount Fuji when you go out. Very happy. There is a place where you can take a taxi right at the door. There is an old lady there who is super enthusiastic to help you take a taxi.

We took a room with a view of the mountains, amazing! The rooms are wonderful. I recommend this hotel for a rest between active trips

After reading other reviews, I booked a stay that included dinner. The dinner was exquisite and the tableware looked quite high-end. We had a rich and well-serviced dinner, after which we enjoyed the delicious cakes we had ordered the day before. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich and delicious. We will stay again.

It was nice that the toilet and the bath in the room were separate. The bathtub was also spacious and I was able to stretch my legs out as much as I could. I was on a solo walking trip, so this bathtub helped me to relax and unwind.

They were very kind to me! All the food was delicious. The weather was unfortunate, but on sunny days you can see Mt. Fuji from the balcony, so it's a wonderful hotel.

It was a surprisingly good hotel, with old-fashioned good service, think of a key instead of a key pass, daily room service and clear communication with books and phone numbers if you can't figure it out. Very satisfied with this stay despite the fact that there is very little to do in that area

The location is very good, close to the station, the hotel is clean and sanitary, the environment is elegant, and if the weather is fine, you can see the beautiful view of Mount Fuji on the top floor.
