The hotel is very old. It smelled unpleasantly and the shower was not cleaned properly and hair was left in the shower area. I didn’t take a shower that night and left in early morning to find a public onsen to take shower.

This accommodation experience was very pleasantly surprised. You can directly see Mount Fuji from the room. The hotel's hot springs are also very comfortable. I personally feel that the cost performance is very high. It is a treasured place to stay.

Great place with amazing mountain views! The hot springs provided some relaxation in the middle of our adventure. The only thing that remains unclear to me is why some guests have one set of food for dinner, while others have another. It may depend on the room type: traditional Japanese or western.

The overall facilities are relatively old and generally hygienic. The one outside the hot spring is good, but the other one is a bit too dilapidated, and the entire poolside is yellow. The guest room is a Japanese-style room with a large area. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the view of Mount Fuji. In terms of transportation, although the green line bus can go to the door, there is only one bus every hour and it stops running around 5 pm. It is basically difficult to buy food except for a convenience store nearby, so if you want to stay, you must Breakfast and dinner are provided when booking a hotel.
