優點：大堂面積符合攜程評的四顆星
缺點：衞生差 看圖， 以至於噁心到都沒進淋浴間 ，門的反鎖是壞的，我們用桌子抵着 ，沒電梯 ，沒空調 ，還是景區外，，導致大半夜回頭又去折騰辦二次返程，否則第二天進不去景區，訂了含早餐的訂單，，早上去吃早餐，餐廳啥也沒有 服務員説現在淡季不提供早餐了 ，居然説我們的沒早餐，給她看訂單確認是有的，然後再端來一點鹹菜 饅頭 小米粥 就沒有了 ，不夠吃，溝通後才又端來點雞蛋。

1、出行一週內酒店價格一直平穩在710元以上，當天到達其他所有房型價格5折2、聯繫客服後協商同意重新預訂付款後取消之前訂單（因為價格懸殊太大，已對酒店檔次不抱有太大希望3、酒店沒有空調，房間放上有蟲子4、前台有熱情的問第二天行程5、酒店位置好、停車方便。6、總共三層沒有電梯，行李需自提到三樓7、該有一點最關鍵！房間電視無網絡，找了一個阿姨調了好久也解決不了。直接關電視關燈了！所以體會一下入住的心情。另外我第一次去五台山，建議大家關注五台山關注微信公眾號，江浙滬免門票！其他省份135元/位。

酒店位於五台山景區外，距離景區入口停車場和售票處大約2公里多，基本上是景區外距離景區最近的酒店。酒店很新，裝修也很有現代簡約風格。酒店門前是自有的一個足夠大的停車場，住客免費停車。停車場緊鄰一個加油站，特別適合自駕的朋友。酒店前台會幫助住客通過手機掃碼預約景區門票。五台山特別適合避暑，我剛剛入住的兩晚，白天氣温不過24度左右，晚間氣温也就算16-17度，酒店是沒有空調的，因為完全不需要。酒店建築有三層，不設電梯。帶行李的朋友要稍微辛苦一些。酒店有餐廳，自助式早餐味道不錯，吃飽絕無問題。我晚餐也是在酒店解決的，是按菜譜點餐。酒店一層大廳還設有山西土特產展銷廳，方便大家採購山西土特產。酒店是無線網絡全覆蓋，方便手機和手提電腦聯網。如果不打算住在景區內的話，這家酒店是我強烈推薦的景區外選擇。

環境不錯，裝修也比較新，距離五台山大門口三五分鐘車程，後窗外就是鬱郁青山，空氣特別好，早晨被鳥鳴聲叫醒，感覺特別好。

2024年4月27日到五台山曼嘉酒店，五台金崗庫鄉金崗庫村，當天晚上住的這家酒店，酒店在景區外面，每次來都住這家，因為比較方便，景區裡邊也約不到車位，即使約到車位的話，也開不了多遠，就不讓開了，都得坐大巴，所以住在景區外面比較方便，省的拿行李大包小包着了。這家酒店也比較乾淨，周邊很方便。到五台山景區售票處才2km左右，我提前預約車位，預約不上。到景區坐的大巴車還挺方便的，回來也坐的大巴車，都是免車票的。酒店設施還是可以的，房間乾淨，服務熱情，如果冬天的話也有地暖和空調。酒店也給我們升級了更大的房間。4月28號去五爺廟，早晨起來怕9點之前回不來，跟前台預訂了早餐，前台一直等着我們。後來我提早就回來了，我想他們是不是看到了我就把早飯吃了，結果沒想到我去前台退房的時候，他們還在等着我呢，因為我剛回來，説給我留着早餐呢，我還挺感動的，然後我説我都吃完了，我以為你們看見我了呢，唉，也怪我沒告訴他，我回來了。😄，當天晚上在酒店用的晚餐，郭大俠有點兒感冒，沒食慾，我們就吃了點兒簡單的素菜，但是特色是不能放過的。那邊是刀削麪和炸黃米糕，菜的味道確實不錯。早餐是比較簡單的，都是速食。有些牛奶。有些菜還是挺好吃的。總體服務確實不錯，下次還會選擇這家酒店入住，值得推薦。而且酒店的服務特別好，雖然沒有電梯，但是他們幫我們抬行李，把行李給我們放到房間，等走的時候還幫我們拿下來行李。這一點給他們點很多個贊。服務熱情特別好。

酒店停車方便，購物方便，離五台山南門遊客中心很近，設施和衞生都特別好，空調和地暖都有，最主要是服務非常熱情，免費幫忙提行李，飯菜味道好，價格實惠，早餐也特別豐盛，以後去五台山還在這邊住，有需要住的朋友們可以放心去住。
