The hotel staff were all very warm and attentive, especially Tina, who provided excellent service. The hotel is within walking distance of the resort's liveliest area, and the rooms are well-equipped and very clean. Our stay was quiet and peaceful with no noise, and getting around was convenient. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the front desk staff were always ready to help and incredibly thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. I genuinely believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The front desk upgraded our room, and it was huge with a beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel service was excellent; everyone was very enthusiastic and thoughtfully offered help during breakfast. Since it was off-season, it wasn't too crowded, and we could fully enjoy the complimentary activities. The kids had a blast at the water park! After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten something, and the hotel quickly helped me find it. Overall, the hotel's service was top-notch, highly recommended!

Room: We booked a double room, and the front desk manager kindly upgraded us to a mountain view room for free. Opening the balcony door, we had a fantastic view of the Wanda resort amusement park. We were a group of three adults and one child, and they even provided an extra bed and breakfast free of charge. This grand hotel truly lives up to its reputation; the service is outstanding. Facilities: The hotel's decor is very stylish, with a Nordic design. The soundproofing is excellent too. I usually have trouble sleeping, but here I slept soundly all night, which I really appreciated. Environment: Visiting in summer, with the green grass and trees, being surrounded by nature was very refreshing. Transportation: The hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport, high-speed rail station, and Tianchi Scenic Area, making getting around incredibly convenient. Dining: The hotel has direct access to a commercial street from its B1 level, which is very handy. The hotel's breakfast buffet was decent. During our stay, we also tried the ginseng chicken soup set meal at the hotel's Chinese restaurant; the portions were generous, the ingredients fresh, and the ambiance was good. Looking forward to visiting Changbai Mountain again in winter and will definitely stay at Hyatt Hotel!

Let's start with the not-so-pleasant points: For our Changbai Mountain trip, we chose the Hyatt as our base. During our three-day, two-night stay, we encountered a few hiccups. First, when we checked in at noon on the first day, it was quite early. The front desk informed us that once the previous guests checked out, the housekeeping staff would clean the room. Our original plan was to leave our luggage and go explore, returning to the hotel after 3 PM. However, at that point, the front desk staff told us the room hadn't been cleaned yet and was about to be cleaned. Honestly, I was quite annoyed. The terms state check-in is after 3 PM, and I adhered to that. The front desk attendant coldly replied, 'I wasn't on duty this morning, so I wouldn't know. I just started my shift this afternoon, but the room genuinely hasn't been cleaned yet!' Doesn't this communication need retraining? I immediately lost my patience and didn't want to argue further, so I enlisted Ctrip's help to mediate. A big thank you to my mediator, Zhizhi. After the communication, the hotel immediately changed our room. The second room we were given had hair in it and a connecting door. After raising this issue, we were moved to another room, which also had hair. We communicated with the hotel again, and finally, after much back and forth, the issue was resolved. Now for the good points: Apart from that one front desk staff member, every other staff member we encountered at the hotel was kind and enthusiastic. Dining at the Chinese restaurant was also a pleasant experience, and the pool and the hotel's private hot springs were quite clean. My child accidentally injured their leg while bathing, and the pool staff immediately helped with medication and disinfection. I'm especially grateful for their quick action. On the night we checked in, I also appreciate the hotel staff's timely inquiry and for giving my child a gift. During our time at the resort, the entire resort's facilities were excellent, and the shuttle buses were punctual and very convenient. Plus, we even got to see Tianchi Lake, which made our trip very enjoyable.

As a well-known, long-standing five-star hotel in the Wanda Resort, the Grand Hyatt still offers excellent service, facilities, and environment. The complimentary benefits alone are enough for a full day of entertainment at the casino. It also has its own private hot spring pool, and the swimming pool is very clean, with music even playing underwater! Breakfast is incredibly rich, and another important point is that it's very close to the resort's central street from the restaurant, making both entertainment and relaxation convenient.

We chose Hyatt this time, and it was indeed the best hotel of our trip. The benefits were great, and the service was professional and enthusiastic. However, the room wasn't clean when we checked in, which might have been because the supervisor hadn't inspected it yet and we entered at the scheduled time. The hotel has an old-money charm, and everything they use is quite good. It would probably be even more beautiful in winter. We'll definitely come back again.

Took my child to climb Changbai Mountain during the summer holidays. The 1442 steps on the west slope weren't as difficult as I imagined; it only took 40 minutes. The hotel decor feels upscale but is also dated. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring. Our king room came with the oldest style black-capped kettle and a basic Laifen hairdryer. The indoor heated pool was only 28 degrees Celsius at its highest, and my child found it too cold to play in. Breakfast was decent for adults, but the kids weren't happy with it. The complimentary perks were a lot of fun, which somewhat made up for the inflated room rate. Just be prepared for queues as it gets crowded.

Facilities: Extremely old; I was somewhat prepared, but still taken aback. The overall decor is too dark, and the room itself is also very dim. Hygiene: The pillowcases were stained. They really need to improve their cleaning. Many public areas weren't thoroughly cleaned, with noticeable dust in many spots. Environment: The environment is good, and the location is excellent. It's close to the commercial street, water park, and hot springs. Service: The service was strange. Firstly, it's understandable that check-in might be slow if there are many people. However, if rooms aren't ready until after 3 or 4 PM, why are they rushing guests to check out before noon? I was told they would extend checkout until 12:30 PM, even after I informed them I was still tidying up. Is that reasonable? Breakfast: Very limited variety. A bit disappointing for Hyatt's standards.

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, with the overall decor featuring wood and stone. Although I read some reviews before coming that mentioned it being dimly lit inside, I personally feel it perfectly matches the primitive ecological style of Changbai Mountain and I really like it. When you're on vacation, you want to find this kind of raw, natural feeling. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are excellent overall, very clean. Environment: The environment is a major highlight. The hotel offers many complimentary benefits, and the entire resort is well-managed. All staff members for the activities wear unified uniforms, and from the airport shuttle bus to the hotel, they are very responsive and enthusiastic, truly showcasing the hospitality of Northeasterners. Breakfast: Very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Especially for those who enjoy Western food, they even have overnight oats and Eggs Benedict, which shows great thoughtfulness. Overall, I'm very satisfied with choosing this hotel for my family vacation with the kids. The location is also very convenient, with a direct exit to the commercial street from the back. The airport transfers, recreational activities, and even the concierge helping to arrange rafting and transfers to the West Slope all justify the price. I'd love to come back for skiing if I have the chance.
