酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，洗衣房和健身房都有，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹免費升級了房型，價格也很實惠，性價比高！早餐不錯，拉麪很好吃，辦理入住時候行李太多，Ronny經理幫助我們把行李送到房間，還為我們介紹附近景點，美食，有問必答，豐常感謝，下次入住還會選擇這裏

阜新希爾頓歡朋酒店果然不虛此行，走進大廳就非常的氣派，適合商務接待。當然，個人出行也相當有檔次，和朋友一起出行，非常有面子。肉眼可見的管理非常到位。 大廳裝修氣派，前台服務温柔細心周到，休息區也十分的貼心，愜意，我們一行人來到這裏，看到很多職業經理人住在這裏，入住賓客以及酒店工作及管理人員的整體素質都非常高，現代氣息非常濃郁，心情非常愉悦。房間的裝修非常優雅，床品及用具的安置也十分貼心，睡眠很好。早餐也非常的豐盛，中西餐一應俱全，可根據個人的喜好隨意選擇，口味也很道地！商務中心的設定非常到位，電腦配置以及網絡都十分便捷，不僅能辦公，家庭出行的遊客還能帶孩子玩遊戲，出行體驗變得非常便利和舒適。十分滿意，滿分推薦！

房間很大，設施齊全乾凈，前台服務態度非常好，説話温柔體貼熱情，辦理入住後我們進人房間，可能是前一波客人剛退房還沒來得及打掃，我們找到前台服務員説明情況，服務員立即道歉，並給我們調換了房間，同時送了一盤水果表示歉意。不愧為五星級酒店必須好評，給前台服務員好評。早餐種類也是非常多，口味不錯。還有免費的停車場。
