No matter how much I searched on Google, it didn't come up, and when I arrived at the hotel with difficulty, I was told that the hotel was full, and I was taken to the hotel across the street. It didn't have the name Symphony Hotel, but had a different name. As a result, I was able to stay, so it's good, but this is a complaint. I want a report on what's going on. If you can't stay at the hotel you booked, it's a trust issue with your company.

This hotel is not for those who value comfort and rest. We had it booked for us as part of a tour and it was by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The main problems included loud music from the club adjacent to the hotel, outdated trim and fittings including the decor and bathroom, so many mosquitoes in the room we stayed in, and a musty smell. The noise is what made this stay terrible. The street immediately outside of the hotel in the Old Quarter turns into an open-air night market on the weekends starting on Friday nights. The bar across the street from our room played music so loud that we couldn't sleep all night. When we asked if we could switch rooms; the staff said there weren't any available. We would not recommend staying here, especially during the weekend.

Very clean big rooms. Excellent location literally in the middle of Hanoi, restaurants, bars, night clubs, shops literally directly outside the hotel. Easy to take taxi anywhere. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff super friendly and cute. Very helpful.

The room I had booked on Agoda was not available when I arrived, given to another customer. So I was parked in a terrible room the first night. They moved me the next day in the afternoon and promised a refund when I checked out. The receptionist thought it was funny. I never got the refund. My second room was ok but the hotel is next to a night club with techno blasting until 4am. They don't care because they advertise their rooms for $28 outside "only today" everyday! And they seem to be always full due to their location in the old quarter. Cleaning staff charming and helpful.

One of my best stays in 4 months on my motorbike tour in Vietnam ( 6000 km ), very friendly and helpful stuff and very, very quiet. They arrange everything for you . Best value for money in Hanoi Old Quarter.

I don’t write reviews, but in all my years of travelling South East Asia the Memory Premier Hotel is the worst experience I have had. This comes after some excellent accomodation over our last 2 weeks in Vietnam. We booked through Agoda and the photos of the rooms do not look like the actual rooms - they are much worse. We were travelling as a party of 13 which included 3 kids and it wasn’t just that there were issues with the rooms, it was the indifference of the staff and their false undertakings to fix things. Examples included an insecure window onto our balcony - which poses a real security risk that they would not fix. Failing to put in a roll away bed into our room for our 2 young children - despite it being part of the deal and us asking for it numerous times. They ended up sleeping with us (4 in one bed!!). Other members of our group members experienced leaking rooms from the rain, and power points hanging out of walls - which is a danger to small children. Prior to arrival, they threatened to cancel our booking due to lack of communication. This was because there was two seperate bookings…under the same name. They had not put 2 and 2 together with the bookings despite us being a small hotel. On checkout we asked for a discount, and felt that taking off one room (of the six rooms we booked) was reasonable given all the problems. They refused and offered a 5% discount. We refused to pay the full amount and they threatened to call the police. Needless to say, we were meant to be coming back here for 2 more nights in a week, but we have cancelled our booking.
