Everything was nearly perfect — the property is elegant, the room spacious with a bathtub and a smart room system. However, I booked this hotel specifically for its floor heating, and was very disappointed to find the room freezing cold. The staff explained that central heating in the city can only be switched on by the government starting October 1st, still a few days away. Although they provided a space heater, it could not replace the comfort of proper heating. To avoid disappointment, the hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the heating policy.

Very hospitable and friendly staff! Room was very cosy and comfortable (they gave us a free room upgrade!). Also, the breakfast was delicious and homey. Hotel also has smarthome. Would recommend!

十一國慶期間出遊，意外發現的一家超級豪華高檔的酒店。酒店位於可可託海景區附近，單純從外表裝修來看感覺是周邊最豪華的一家酒店了。我和男朋友是邊走邊玩，走到哪算哪，所以酒店也沒有提前訂，可可託海的行程也是提前一天決定酒店是當天下午才訂的，抵達的時候也已經晚上十點多了，老闆還在前台等候者，還給我們升級了房型，真的超級感動。進到房間也是被房間的超豪華裝修經驗到了，房間面積超級大，一張2m大床，後面還有淋浴間、浴缸、廁所，做到了乾濕分離。早餐也提供了很多選擇，我們起晚了老闆還專門吩咐廚師做了一份早餐，真的很貼心了。 下次如果來可可託海滑雪還會選擇入住這家酒店。

這次入住體驗真的太太太驚喜了，必須給五星好評！
首先誇誇服務，從下車開始就有工作人員熱情幫忙提行李，還免費給我升級了房型，耐心介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊攻略，有問必答效率超高。入住期間無論遇到什麼需求，工作人員響應都特別快，工作人員態度始終特別好。
衞生方面完全沒話説，住着特別放心。
設施很齊全也很新，智能音控的，很方便，床品睡得特別舒服，最關鍵是房間帶湯池，泡了個澡，第二天起來渾身輕鬆。
環境更是沒話説，酒店位置不錯，周邊交通方便，但不吵鬧，停車吃飯都方便。
總之這是一次超棒的入住體驗，性價比很高，已經推薦給朋友了，冬季過來滑雪必住這裏！
