The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they even brought us hot tea after we returned from skiing. The laundry room had four washing machines and four dryers, all of which were fast! It was a very pleasant stay."

"The massive free parking lot is incredibly convenient, with plenty of spaces so parking is stress-free. The location is superb; it's a direct ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, making daily access to the scenic area super easy and saving a lot of time. The service here is wonderfully warm and thoughtful; the owner is enthusiastic and generous, and the staff are diligent, proactively helping with luggage and getting us settled. The rooms have a stylish design, the lobby is spacious and grand, and the facilities are excellent, including an elevator, which is especially good for self-driving tourists. The room ceiling height feels expansive and not confining, the solid wood furniture is simple yet elegant, and the two large beds ensure a super comfortable sleep. The hygiene is excellent, with clean and tidy bedding that's spotless, and the indoor lighting is soft and not harsh. The bathroom's dry and wet areas are cleverly separated, it's impeccably clean, and the smart toilet offers a great experience. From the balcony, you can directly admire the beautiful snow-capped mountains, a wide and captivating view. The self-service breakfast is incredibly rich, with a full selection of meat and vegetable dishes, fresh and warming porridge and milk, authentic Xinjiang milk tea and baursak, and delicious handmade tomato noodles – I can't get enough of it each time. The environment is lovely; the backyard atmosphere is absolutely perfect for photos, especially with the 'photo frame' spot. You can capture sunrise, sunset, and starry nights all in one go, and there's a path leading directly to the Irtysh River."

"Really nice hotel in the center of Fuyun. If you like Doubletree Hotels, you will love this one! In fact it is the grandest Doubletree I’ve ever stayed in. It is right on the river, there is a lot in walking distance and everything was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a river view. Staff was lovely, especially Vito who gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast buffet was mostly Chinese and very good. The only disappointing things was we didn’t get the trademark cookies! 🍪"
