"The hotel offers a huge, free parking lot, making it very convenient to park. Its location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive to Keketuohai Grand Canyon, which makes sightseeing incredibly easy. The service was a pleasant surprise; the owner is genuinely warm and enthusiastic, and the staff are attentive and meticulous. From the moment we walked in, they proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently explained the room amenities. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the well-appointed rooms have a thoughtful design. There's even an elevator, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The rooms boast high ceilings, feeling open and bright throughout. The solid wood furniture has a premium feel, and the two incredibly soft and comfortable 1.5-meter beds were perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, and the bedding was as good as new. The lighting was soft and soothing. The bathroom features a well-designed three-way wet/dry separation, keeping it clean and dry, and the smart toilet significantly elevated the living experience. The balcony offered expansive views of the continuous snow-capped mountains – a truly beautiful and calming landscape. Breakfast was bountiful and impressive, not just an afterthought. It included hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, and milk. The authentic Xinjiang Boursaki and milk tea were delicious, and their signature tomato noodles were fragrant and tasty. The hotel's back garden is a hidden gem, perfect for photos, especially with stunning views in the morning and evening. The starry sky at night was vast and romantic, and a quiet path leads directly to the Erqis River, where a stroll along the bank is peaceful and healing."

The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, and the drainage worked perfectly. The room didn't have any new renovation smell either. The front desk and service staff were all very polite and would greet me when they saw me. The only thing I felt was lacking and could be improved is providing a freestanding clothes rack for long-term guests, especially if you're coming to ski in the winter, as clothes are thick and bulky. The two existing wall-mounted hooks offer limited space. Everything else was very satisfactory."

"This was my first stay at a Vienna Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this particular branch in Fuyun. The location is excellent, right by the Er River, making it easy to get in and out, and there's dedicated parking. I booked one twin room and one king room, both of which were very spacious with a logical layout and good furnishings. The linens and other amenities were high quality, and everything was spotlessly clean. The service and breakfast were decent, nothing exceptional but perfectly adequate. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay!"
