房間很寬敞，可以在房間裏散步。床墊非常舒服，能有效緩解疲勞。
房間供養非常足，沒有停頓情況。
房間衞生細節做的很好，沒有發現衞生死角。
早餐種類比較豐富，很好吃。
前台送物品很及時。
推薦入住。

雖然我覺得維也納這個酒店在阿里已經是最好的酒店了，去年剛開始試運營的時候就住過，結果今年再住，沒有什麼變化，服務很應付。
1.房間的電視，它就是個擺設，我們問前台可以看電視嗎，前台毫不猶豫的説，當然可以。然後還找了工人來給我們看，結果大家尷尬一笑。最後的解釋就是，西藏嘛，看不成很正常。這是理由嗎？西藏怎麼了？阿里中線的得幾個縣城都比這強！並不是我們非要看電視，衹是對這個服務覺得很拉胯。
2.最讓我無法理解的是暖氣，房間很冷，雖然是四月，可是晚上也零下好幾度。沒有空調，酒店説是市政統一地暖。結果白天酒店不燒，晚上把我冷的不行了，在房間穿羽絨服，九點多實在不行，打了電話，前台説師傅剛燒去了，把我冷的坐車上吹暖風。打電話問有沒有取暖的設備，電暖氣也行，前台説啥都沒有，等温暖上來。白天有太陽不燒暖氣，可是每個房間都可以曬到太陽嗎？犄角旮旯的房間有太陽嗎？我們在改則同樣選的維也納，改則的房間很暖和，不用在房間打哆嗦。

前台兩個小姐姐很熱情，服務態度很好，問一些問題能熱心解答。晚上給值夜班的小哥哥打電話反饋了一些小問題後能立即着手整改，還能在第二天早上退房的時候再次表明態度和歉意，感覺管理方面挺不錯，房間本身住着很舒服，床墊好評，停車場很大，基本不用擔心找不到車位

前面評論了，總體滿意，為了休息好又特意多住了一晚，酒店旁邊就是阿里博物館，有時間的朋友可以去看看，注意開門時間是上午十一點。

意外的驚喜，房間正對岡仁波齊，坐在窗邊就可以觀賞神山的晚霞和日出，地暖和供氧十分給力，絕對是阿里環線住過最好的酒店！
