Attentive staff, good food, clean rooms. A very nice stay, highly recommend. A good address in Gangtok. I felt at home and would love to come back.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist (ESPECIALLY MR.SANGAM SIR CO-OPERATED WITH US VERY WELL)and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very beautiful property with elegant elevation - mesmerizing view - big and nicely furnished rooms with balcony and hygienic bathrooms, sumptuous food, humble smiling and very helpful team at dining, reception and house keeping. Thanks to the owner and ***agement for adjusting delay of a day. We had memorable stay.

I went with a friend of mine. We received a warm welcome and were given a balcony room with the most beautiful view. The staff were very helpful and polite and took care of our every need. The food was absolutely delicious, we had an American plan and the cook was willing to make us whatever we asked for. The hotel is extremely clean, the surroundings are beautiful and my trip to Sikkim was wonderful in this beautiful hotel.

Priya and other female staff took good care of me as I was travelling solo. The staff was polite and cooperative. I had stayed in for 2 days, checked out and later re-checked in for 2 days. Pros 1. The hotel has lovely views 2. The staff is cooperative 3. The rooms are spacious Cons 1. Pl don't accept room on top floor. when I rechecked in for last 2 days I was given room on top floor. At morning 4 am their is lot of noise due to storage room on same floor. Also the roof has asbestos sheets so slight rain makes lots of noise. 2. They don't have a Hair dryer for use which is a must for a city with cold climate 3. Vegetarian options are limited. I was under MAP plan so I didn't enjoy the food much except Veg Thupka served on my request to Chef

I really love the location, hotel was very good and clean food was very tasty and delicious, all the staff is very good, specially dronika & sarsawti the two receptionist are very attractive good polite they are always there for help you, I love too visit in again

Everything was fabulous... Like food, room and view from room, garden area, play area , staff!!! It was great experience and good decision of staying here.. Reception area was also good. don't have any complaints it was ready an awesome and great experience

Great hospitality & lovely friendly staffs. Spacious rooms with facilities & amenities. Garlic Chicken & Momo were delicious. Had great fun in their games room. Great location. They even lighted a fire pit for us on a cold cold night & served tea & coffee
