We have travelled as a family in March 2025. The travel experience is really superb . The hotel staff were very helpful and they were always wearing a smile on all our requests. When we arrived , we asked for certain things and those were done without asking a single question. The food was also great ( we have tried only one dinner ). The room was spacious and it had a marvellous view of mountain. There was an open air restaurant which has Kanchanjanga view. The hotel is very silent and has provided us a peaceful stay . I personally felt that this place is calm in all respects. However, these is little scope for improvement. The approach road to the hotel is very difficult and dark . The hotel was charging 300 INR for drop to MG MARG and 200 INR for dropping back to the hotel. I feel , there should be light for pedestrians and a nominal fee should be charged for pickup and drop considering the other excellent parameters. The elderly people will not be able to walk out of the hotel because of its difficult approach. The food menu is expensive and we were initially agreed to get a 10 percent discount but unfortunately that did not happen which is disappointing. Overall , an excellent place to stay and relax with a pocket friendly option.

This hotel is very beautiful and located in a nice place at the edge of a hill giving picturesque views from the huge windows. As we were upgraded the rooms are very spacious with cozy beds and clean and spacious bathrooms. The dancing clouds in the surrounding hills and valleys and chirping birds made me stay very close to nature. It made me meditative and I used to sit hours gazing the hills. I suggested this place for leisurely travel, recovering from health issues and families who want to enjoy the nature where time literally stops. I also thank a few people who made our stay comfortable like Bimala, Radhika, Sarmita,Mandhisa,Kristina.

I have really loved my stay at Summit Namnang Courtyard . We got the best view from Junior suite room. Its a suitable place to remain out from the chaos of busy world. A little steep walk to the hotel but I didnt mind in order to explore the hills . It was rather a good experience . Thanks to Ms. Mandisha and Ms . Bimla for their wonderful cooperation.

Very neat and clean place with amazing view of the city. Staff were friendly and food was nice too. Walking distance you can access the beautiful Mall Road.

I had my stay at Summit Namnang with family . I really loved the stay. The staff were really generous and helped me to make my stay more cheerful and wonderful. Special thanks to Ms. Mandisha and Pema. The view is great from the hotel.

Perfect Place for Relaxation The calm and serene environment of Summit Namnang helped us unwind completely. The room was well-maintained, and the service was prompt and courteous. The food at the restaurant was also very tasty. .

Great place to stay. Staff is very polite and very helpful. Food is delicious. One of the best places to stay in Gangtok. Rooms are also very clean and hygienic. Only exhaust fan shoul be there in the washrooms There's a separate open cafe with great views and lighting
