Very nice room services and very good staff.. Room also need and clean. A bit far from M. G market but it's a amazing place. Natural view from all rooms with parking. All staff are good behavior.. Thanks for hotel receptionist ms Nirmala rai..

Beautiful stay Friendly staff and their services were really nice to us we stay for 3 night and we all are very much satisfied with the service. Their hospitality was really good always smiling face and polite behavior especially Nirmala was really good. Room were clean and good to stay Must visit hotel Royal orchid and spa perfect to stay..

I visited Gangtok on 15th February 2024 with my all family really like the hotel staff food was osom and thanks to the receptionist staff specially miss Nirmala so friendly and helpful thanks to all staff lovely stay and we visit again...........

Breakfast must be server whole at the saif time. And good quality must be improved. The food is salteles. Room provided was good facilities. I like the politeness of the staff and service provided by them as needed. Overall good experience we had.

Very good and efficient service specially with reception staff Nirmala. ……. Response time for every need was so quick that make things easier. Would have been much better if the hotel was serving non vegetarian food. Any way it was ok. God bless her. …….

We visit to the hotel royal orchid and spa and its was the excellent experience with my family and friend to there.. And the food was very delicious and tasty and the staff was very good and their names srijana, sapna, numa, bhumika and suk***.. They are very good..
