अगर आप ने gangtok में इस होटल में रुकने का प्लान किया है। तो गलत dicission होगा। * होटल में पीने का पानी भी आप को खरीदना पड़ता है। रूम के अंदर किसी भी प्रकार का water bottle नहीं दिया जाता। अगर मिल भी गया तो use किए बिसलेरी bottle में पानी देते हैं । Guest के लिए passage में रखा होता है । जिसे आप पी भी नहीं सकते। * रूम सफाई के लिए कोई नहीं आता है । * होटल में unexperinced staff है। * Food quality is pethetic. Booking से पहले review जरूर देखे। Behaviour of Hotel staff is good.

It many b long but if u planning to book this hotel please read it full it may help u to save ur money 1. The look which u c online and in website is completely different from the original hotel .it can b called as lodge 2.they provide only 1 item in breakfast rest all r chargeable 3.if u take standard room u won't get a clear water bt if u take valley view u will get clear water 4. In breakfast milk is chargeable and Butter is chargeable if u take in dinner We had some arguments during dinner. In which we just left without dinner we had two kids also bt management is not concerned if u sleep hungry also. They r just cheaters

It was a nice and comfortable stay with Hangsaha Regency.The rooms were very neat and clean.The quality of food was also excellent.I will recommend everyone to visit this hotel . The staffs were very much friendly. The a hotel premises has a big parking space too.

Good service and behaviour,room is very well decorated nice ambience. Food quality and quantity is also good. Overall great experience. Staff behaviour is very humble. Nice theme for hangsaha regency of great *** Satyajit Ray 100 years celebration.

Worst hotel! Liars owner is a liar hotel staff is pathetic ! They dont know “H “ of hospitality industry no idea how they are operating! All they want is to take ur money and provide 0 service. We were 60 guests who checked in their hotel. Firstly the took money from us and told whom u paid has left job and ran away with ur money we cant do anything about it and then they took double money from us the owner gaurab ganguly is biggest liar and cheat. Dont get trapped with this hotel. Worst mistake you will make. Owner is a thief and fraud. 0 service
