Response from Property: We learn from experience and you have taught us one. We have very little to comment on the conduct of a guest who arrives in the property three days after the date of check in and we still honour the booking, checks in in the evening, disappears the whole night and reappears in the wee hours to demand overstayal beyond check out time and breakfast to be served at lunch time. Yet, instead of reporting your conduct, we were still accommodating and tried our best to adjust. Your acceptance that the food was actually laid on the table indicates we had delivered on our part. Each guest is expected to understand that at any given time, there are other guests also in the property and all guests are expected to adhere to the basic rules so that others staying in the property are not inconvenienced. Rules regarding smoking, alcohol and food have all been specifically published, and we could not have agreed to your insistence on breaking the rules. We have no hesitation in saying that your conduct was not good and we have no apologies to offer. So far as the location is concerned, we have made it a point to indicate that it is not located in the city, yet in a quiet environment only about 15 minutes drive from the city. When the property details are published online on all platforms and is also available on google maps, it is very rude on your part to state that we lied to you about the location. Vehicles pick up and drop guests at the property which has ample space for parking and maneuvering and this is the first instance where we are told that luggages had to be carried down steep roads. Well it maybe a deliberate exaggeration and we have no comments to offer on that. Overall a very very bad hosting experience.
