Service is definitely not 5 star hotel. A hotel worker accidentally took my t shirt and instead of just brining it back started arguing. Food is expensive and not that great. My advice is just use room service for breakfast, it will be cheaper and more options compare to their buffet menu.

We liked everything very much. The service is excellent. The food prices are high but they are very tasty. There were special events for the Day of the Dead. We will definitely come back.
