酒店環境舒適，工作人員周到熱情，管家李衞萍在晚上帶來了保温杯里的宵夜，很驚喜。前台服務很周到，王慧很親切，服務很好👍，早餐種類豐富，衞生服務和口味都不錯。

這次預訂房間十分滿意。第一天大霧天氣。第二天天晴終於欣賞到了日落高郵湖景。特別感謝酒店4樓的淮揚菜大師傅們。冷菜到熱菜。所有菜品都可圈可點～餐廳服務人員也非常專業。從領位員到點菜及服務的男生都給人友好及賓至如歸的感覺。謝謝大家～

高郵知名酒店，金陵酒店集團管理！地理位置佳，距離當地知名景點車程5分鐘左右，相當便利！酒店前台叫晶晶的服務人員，為我介紹了酒店的一些配套，有影院，有水滙，這個天泡個澡很舒服！客房也準備了水果和暖心粥，真是用心服務，對於這樣一家酒店，我必須得點個贊！

整潔舒適，設施都很新，服務態度好，晚上還送了點心。門廳張平很熱情。
向管理者提個建議，賓至如歸的感覺是服務親切自然，有求必應，一般情況下衹要對整個酒店的服務態度感到滿意就包括了見到的每個人。除非遇到特殊幫助，才會特別強調某個人。強求每個人單獨受表揚的次數沒必要。

一直住的金陵酒店很不錯，除了酒店有點老了，服務還是很到位的，每次來都很熱情，禮賓幫忙拿行李，前台也很熱情的介紹了設施設備及附近美食，高郵的盂城驛值得一看，退房開票的小姑涼慧慧很好，上次也是她辦的入住，以後還會來，很棒！
