The hotel was excellent, beautiful in every way.
Staff were so nice, brilliant breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice. Spacious room, large bathroom, very comfortable bed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday. The hotel is extremely well run, with all staff cheerful and efficient nothing was too much trouble. The roof terrace is great for catching the sun with lovely views over to the sea. Restaurant which is around the pool offers good food, I think if you ate there every night the menu could become boring, salad at lunch time would be a great addition. Everywhere close by, the sea and promenade about 5 minutes walk away as are bars and restaurants. Well worth a visit we hope to return.

Really lovely hotel. Perfectly sited on the town square (which means parking is difficult, so park on the(free )old football pitch 2 blocks away, on the sea front- bags of space). Charming, helpful staff-Nuria and Aleksandra were great for restaurant recommendations and other tips. They put you on the hotel WhatsApp when you arrive. Gabriella ran the breakfast buffet-really excellent, lots of choice. I would recommend upgrading to a Junior Suite. Hotel Restaurant (Silogia) is the best for miles around so book when you arrive (people constantly being turned away when we were there

A wonderful place to stay located in the heart of the old town looking out onto the square. The moment you walk into the hotel you know you’ve made the right choice the staff are friendly helpful and nearly all multilingual. You then walk through the interior courtyard which is quite stunning with its plants trees and water fountain, a place of peace and beauty. The room was comfortable with all the facilities I would expect. What’s more the hotel has the best restaurant in town. When we realised we had left some of our belongings behind the staff again were very helpful arranging to post the stuff back to us in the UK. Definitely recommend without question

Beautiful old bijoux hotel. We first saw this hotel last year when having a day trip to Garachico and felt we had to return. It didn’t disappoint. We were very much welcomed by all the staff who seemed delighted to share the history of this extraordinary property. We had a junior suite which gave us an extra room and it overlooked the square. Don’t worry about the clock tower chiming. Last chimes at 23.00 and first at 07.00. It was a bit noisy on the Saturday evening with families having, what felt like, a traditional Spanish family weekend evening. I enjoyed listening to the children having fun. Only small criticism about the room is the AC didn’t really work, but sleeping with the shutters open cooled the room nicely in February. The courtyard garden was a pleasure to sit in and feel cosseted by the lovely staff. Breakfast buffet was tasty with options for most nationalities. A small suggestion would be have small jugs available for the milk of tea drinkers. I strongly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Lovely hotel - on the plaza - in a beautiful town. Swimmers - an internet search will tell you about the volcanic pools, but the *real* place for a morning swim is off the Muelle dock (left side, as looking out to sea) with all the locals - many retired. The ladder in and out is great with handrails and a rope as well. Other than a plastic mattress which they graciously changed, wouldn't change a thing about this hotel. Note, you may wish to drive from airport avoiding the death-defying switch backs on the most direct route. Will return.

We have been coming here for many years and it just gets better every time. The most beautiful place, and most wonderful staff. Everything about this hotel is perfect. We shall be booking for 2024 and look forward to seeing everyone again. Absolutely stunning

A great hotel. The restaurant is exceptionally good, with a choice of delicious food. Staff in both the restaurant and hotel are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit in this lovely town.
