I arrived at 1 am in the morning and I had not read my Whatsapp instructions so woke up the manager at 2 am to let me in. He was very polite and explained how to gain access to my room.
The room was large, clean and simple. It had a clean ensuite with shower etc.
Lovely views of farmland and local countryside.
There was something quaint about this place and made me want to stay longer.

Sorry to have to write a negative evaluation, in which only the courtesy of the employees is saved. The room we were given had such great infiltration that we thought it was a sudden breakdown, we reported it but we were told that the fact was known and that a plumber would come. Why then not do the necessary maintenance before renting a room at the limits of practicability? Infiltrations were also in other points. And on the bed, above the sponge mattress cover, only a white towel. We asked if by chance they had forgotten the sheets, but we were told that the mattress cover was to be considered a "rustic sheet". Such a shame

Antico Casale, a beautiful farmhouse, located in the Gattatico countryside. Kindness, courtesy, excellent breakfast, small parking lot but unfortunately the room assigned to us "La Scrana" n.1 on the ground floor, had showy damp spots and mold on the walls, which we did not like very much even if our stay was of just one night. We will gladly come back to visit the Casale hoping to stay overnight in another room.

We stayed with a family of friends to stay at the property. We were welcomed right at home: having 5 very young children, they gave us a great help by providing us with the common room to dine more peacefully without the stress of the restaurant. All very kind, excellent outdoor space, rooms ok

I stayed in this farmhouse for one night. It is a very suggestive structure, ancient and well restored. The room comfortable, spacious and clean. Before arriving I received all the useful information for the reception on my cell phone. Good breakfast.

Location a poca distanza da Reggio Emilia e da altri luoghi molto belli da visitare,immersa nella natura con i suoi suoni ,profumi e una bella vista sulla campagna. Tutto ha il sapore dell' ordine, della pulizia e della sobrietà. Camera accogliente, arredata con gusto rispettando lo stile del casale. Il letto comodo e ben rifatto e il bagno delle proporzioni commisurate con tutti i confort. Colazione a mio avviso ottima con giusti prodotti che possono soddisfare tutti i gusti. Ottimo il caffè che non è un fatto scontato.Il personale discreto, disponibile e cortese. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e ritorneremo presto. Ottimo check in automatico che consente di arrivare senza ansia
